【摘要】：正患者男,46歲。1個(gè)月以來無明顯誘因出現(xiàn)頭痛,眼球未見突出,雙側(cè)瞳孔等大等圓,直徑左側(cè)約3.0 mm,右側(cè)約3.0 mm,對(duì)光反應(yīng)靈敏,眼球活動(dòng)正常,視力測(cè)試正常,雙眼晶狀體透明,右眼玻璃體渾濁明顯,眼底不能窺清,左眼玻璃體透明,眼底視盤邊界清楚,黃斑中心凹反光好。MRI表現(xiàn)(圖1~5):右側(cè)眼眶肌錐內(nèi)不規(guī)則形腫塊,大小約12 mm×17 mm×21 mm,T1WI與
[Abstract]:The male patient was 46 years old. There was no obvious cause of headache for one month. The eyeball was not protruded. The bilateral pupil was about 3. 0 mm in diameter, 3. 0 mm in diameter and 3. 0 mm in right. It was sensitive to light, normal eye movement, and normal visual acuity test. Clear lens in both eyes, clear vitreous body in right eye, unclear fundus, transparent vitreous body in left eye, clear boundary of optic disc of fundus, good reflection of macular central fovea.
