【摘要】：[摘要]大視杯是眼科臨床常見的視盤形態(tài)改變,它可以出現(xiàn)在各種生理或病理情況中。有研究表明不同病因所致的大視杯具有各自的形態(tài)特征可供鑒別,其中以生理性大視杯和青光眼性視神經(jīng)病變最為典型,但其損害機(jī)制尚未完全明確。目前多種儀器可對(duì)視盤進(jìn)行定量檢測(cè),同時(shí)各種新的視盤參數(shù)也不斷被提出�，F(xiàn)對(duì)視盤的相關(guān)解剖、臨床輔助檢查及大視杯在各類生理和病理情況下的特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行綜述。
[Abstract]:[abstract] large cup is a common optic disc morphological change in ophthalmology. It can be seen in various physiological or pathological conditions. Some studies have shown that the large cup caused by different etiology has its own morphological characteristics to be distinguished. Among them, physiologic large cup and glaucoma optic neuropathy are the most typical, but the mechanism of optic neuropathy is not completely clear. At present, many kinds of instruments can be used to quantitatively detect optic disc. At the same time, a variety of new optical disk parameters have been proposed. The related anatomy, clinical auxiliary examination and the characteristics of large cup under various physiological and pathological conditions are reviewed.
