腺樣體肥大與食物不耐受相關(guān)性研究

【摘要】:目的:腺樣體肥大是兒童期耳鼻咽喉常見疾病中的一種,近來發(fā)現(xiàn)其發(fā)病可能與食物不耐受有關(guān),本課題就腺樣體肥大與食物不耐受之間的相關(guān)性進(jìn)行了研究,為預(yù)防及治療腺樣體肥大提供理論依據(jù)。方法:收集2008年5月至2011年2月我院收治的腺樣體肥大患者共111例作為病例組,無過敏史、過敏相關(guān)性疾病及腺樣體肥大癥狀的兒童30例作為對(duì)照組,并比較兩者食物不耐受結(jié)果的差異。結(jié)果:111例腺樣體肥大患者和30例對(duì)照組患者分別進(jìn)行食物不耐受檢測(cè),陽性率分別為82.9%和43.3%,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。腺樣體肥大組與對(duì)照組患兒食物不耐受的程度,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。腺樣體肥大組及對(duì)照組高、中度食物過敏原總檢出率分別為70.3%和30.0%,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。對(duì)食物不耐受檢查高、中度敏感的患者進(jìn)行食物過敏原種類分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)腺樣體肥大組和對(duì)照組患者中分別有82.6%和61.5%對(duì)兩種及兩種以上食物不耐受,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。在日常食用的14種食物中,腺樣體肥大患者食物特異性ⅠgG升高前三位為雞蛋雞蛋(71.2%)、牛奶(67.6%)及鱈魚(13.5%)對(duì)照組為牛奶(23.3%)、雞蛋(20.0%)及鱈魚(16.7%)。結(jié)論:腺樣體肥大與食物不耐受尤其是高、中度敏感的不耐受食物之間有明顯的相關(guān)性。而有關(guān)腺樣體肥大與多種食物不耐受之間的關(guān)系還有待于進(jìn)一步研究探討。
[Abstract]:Objective: adenoid hypertrophy is one of the common diseases in childhood otorhinolaryngology. Recently, it has been found that adenoid hypertrophy may be related to food intolerance. Methods: from May 2008 to February 2011, 111 cases of adenoid hypertrophy were collected as the case group. 30 children with allergy related diseases and adenoid hypertrophy were used as control group, and the difference of food intolerance between them was compared. Results the food intolerance was detected in 111 patients with adenoid hypertrophy and 30 patients with adenoid hypertrophy. The positive rates were 82.9% and 43.3, respectively. There was significant difference in the degree of food intolerance between the adenoid hypertrophy group and the control group, and the difference was significant in the adenoid hypertrophy group and the control group. The total detection rate of moderate food allergen was 70.3% and 30.0, respectively, the difference was statistically significant. It was found that 82.6% and 61.5% of adenoid hypertrophy group and control group had no significant difference in two or more kinds of food intolerance.
