藏族中老年人結(jié)膜囊細(xì)菌狀況的調(diào)查研究

【摘要】:目的:本課題的研究目的是通過調(diào)查四川省甘孜藏族自治州藏族中老年人群結(jié)膜囊菌群分布,獲得其常見眼表菌群資料,為常見眼表感染性疾病診治提供微生物學(xué),流行病學(xué)依據(jù)。 方法:整體抽取四川省甘孜藏族自治州康定縣姑咱鎮(zhèn)和九龍縣呷爾鎮(zhèn)40歲以上的藏族中老年人群145名(290眼)做刮取下瞼結(jié)膜囊分泌物,接種于血瓊脂平板,培養(yǎng)48小時后進(jìn)行細(xì)菌分離鑒定。 結(jié)果:290眼中結(jié)膜囊細(xì)菌培養(yǎng)陽性147眼,培養(yǎng)陽性率50.7%。培養(yǎng)出菌株160株,其中以表皮葡萄球菌最多,共76株,占47.5%,棒狀桿菌43株,占26.9%,二者共占74.4%。藏族中老年人群中男性結(jié)膜囊細(xì)菌陽性率52.9%(73/138),女性結(jié)膜囊細(xì)菌陽性率48.7%(74/152),,男性與女性相比結(jié)膜囊細(xì)菌培養(yǎng)陽性率差異沒有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(χ2=0.514,P=0.473)。所檢查的藏族中老年人群陽性眼數(shù)147眼,其中康定縣姑咱鎮(zhèn)65眼,陽性率53.28%;九龍縣呷爾鎮(zhèn)82眼,陽性率48.81%,經(jīng)統(tǒng)計學(xué)分析,二者的差異沒有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(χ2=0.565 P=0.452),提示不同地區(qū)的藏族中老年人群其結(jié)膜囊細(xì)菌陽性率與地區(qū)無關(guān)。隨年齡增加結(jié)膜囊細(xì)菌陽性率有增加趨勢,80歲以上組陽性率明顯增高(4/4,100%),經(jīng)統(tǒng)計學(xué)檢驗差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(χ2=9.591, P=0.048)。 結(jié)論:多數(shù)藏族中老年人結(jié)膜囊?guī)Ь?其中以表皮葡萄球菌、棒狀桿菌為優(yōu)勢菌種。其細(xì)菌陽性率無性別及地區(qū)上的差異。藏族中老年人結(jié)膜囊細(xì)菌陽性率隨著年齡的增加,其結(jié)膜囊細(xì)菌有增加的趨勢。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the distribution of bacterial flora of conjunctival sac in the middle and old Tibetan population in Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Sichuan Province, and to obtain the data of common ocular surface flora, and to provide microbiology for the diagnosis and treatment of common ocular surface infectious diseases. Epidemiological evidence. Methods: 145 middle and old Tibetan people over 40 years old in Kangding County, Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province, were collected and 290 eyes of middle and old Tibetan population were scraped and inoculated into blood Agar plate, and the secretion of lower eyelid conjunctival sac was taken out from 145 middle and old Tibetan people over 40 years old in Jiulong County, Sichuan Province. After 48 hours of culture, the bacteria were isolated and identified. Results the positive rate of bacterial culture in conjunctival sac was 50.70.160 strains were obtained, of which 76 strains were Staphylococcus epidermidis (47.5%) and 43 strains were Corynebacterium. The positive rate of conjunctival sac bacteria in males and females was 52.9 / 138and 48.7 / 152respectively. There was no significant difference between male and female in conjunctival sac bacteria culture (蠂 2 0.514 P 0. 473). The number of positive eyes in the middle and old age group was 147, Of these, 65 eyes (53.28%) were positive in Gus Town, Kangding County, and 82 eyes (48.81%) in Guer Town, Jiulong County, with a statistical analysis. There was no significant difference between the two groups (蠂 ~ 2 ~ 2 ~ (0.565) P ~ (0.452A)), suggesting that the bacterial positive rate of conjunctival sac in the middle and old Tibetan population in different areas was not related to the region. The positive rate of conjunctival sac bacteria increased with the increase of age. The difference was statistically significant (蠂 2 9.591, P < 0.048). Conclusion: the bacterial positive rate of conjunctival sac in most Tibetan elderly people is not different in sex and region, among which Staphylococcus epidermidis and Corynebacterium corydalis are dominant. The bacterial positive rate of conjunctival sac in middle and old Tibetan people increases with age. The bacteria of conjunctival sac increased.
