【摘要】：目的探討可視喉鏡下低溫等離子切除會厭囊腫的療效。方法回顧性分析2015年2月~2016年3月會厭囊腫切除術(shù)60例,分為2組:觀察組(可視喉鏡下低溫等離子會厭囊腫切除術(shù))和對照組(支撐喉鏡下低溫等離子會厭囊腫切除術(shù)),每組30例,比較2組手術(shù)時間、術(shù)后咽痛程度、手術(shù)療效及并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率。結(jié)果 2組均成功完成手術(shù),觀察組手術(shù)時間(8.7±2.8)min,明顯短于對照組(12.9±3.7)min(t=-4.958,P=0.000);術(shù)后咽痛評分中位數(shù)1分(0~3分)明顯低于對照組3分(0~5分)(Z=-5.582,P=0.000);觀察組并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率明顯低于對照組[3.3%(1/30)vs.26.7%(8/30),χ~2=4.706,P=0.030]。2組手術(shù)療效滿意,治愈率和復(fù)發(fā)率均無顯著性差異[100.0%(30/30)vs.96.7%(29/30),Fisher檢驗(yàn),P=1.000;0 vs.3.3%(1/30),Fisher檢驗(yàn),P=1.000]。結(jié)論可視喉鏡下低溫等離子切除會厭囊腫安全、有效,值得推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of hypothermic plasma resection of epiglottic cyst under visual laryngoscope. Methods 60 cases of epiglottic cyst resection from February 2015 to March 2016 were analyzed retrospectively. they were divided into two groups: observation group (hypothermic plasma epiglottic cystectomy under visual laryngoscope) and control group (low temperature plasma epiglottic cystectomy under laryngoscope). The operation time, degree of postoperative pharynx pain, surgical effect and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.
