【摘要】：目的比較鼻內(nèi)鏡下低溫等離子與傳統(tǒng)方式(經(jīng)齒齦溝徑路)行鼻前庭囊腫切除的臨床療效觀察分析。方法選取青海大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院耳鼻咽喉科2010年1月-2016年1月經(jīng)手術(shù)治療的鼻前庭囊腫患者68例,并將其按照隨機(jī)分組的方式分為對(duì)照組和實(shí)驗(yàn)組,其中對(duì)照組34例,實(shí)驗(yàn)組34例。對(duì)照組患者采取傳統(tǒng)方式(經(jīng)齒齦溝徑路)行囊腫切除,實(shí)驗(yàn)組采取鼻內(nèi)鏡下低溫等離子方式行囊腫切除。比較兩組患者手術(shù)時(shí)間、術(shù)中出血情況、術(shù)后疼痛情況、術(shù)后傷口愈合時(shí)間及手術(shù)并發(fā)癥等。結(jié)果實(shí)驗(yàn)組手術(shù)時(shí)間、術(shù)中出血量、術(shù)后疼痛及傷口愈合時(shí)間均優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05),手術(shù)并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率明顯低于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論鼻內(nèi)鏡下低溫等離子術(shù)治療鼻前庭囊腫具有痛苦少、創(chuàng)傷小、療效好和并發(fā)癥少等優(yōu)點(diǎn),值得臨床應(yīng)用及推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the clinical efficacy of endoscopic hypothermic plasma and traditional (via gum crevicular approach) in the resection of nasal vestibule cysts. Methods from January 2010 to January 2016, 68 patients with nasal vestibule cysts were randomly divided into control group (n = 34) and experimental group (n = 34), which were randomly divided into control group (n = 34) and experimental group (n = 34), which were randomly divided into control group (n = 34) and experimental group (n = 34). The patients in the control group were resected by traditional way (via gum crevicular approach), and the cysts in the experimental group were resected by low temperature plasma under nasal endoscope. The operation time, intraoperative bleeding, postoperative pain, postoperative wound healing time and surgical complications were compared between the two groups. Results the operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative pain and wound healing time in the experimental group were better than those in the control group (P 0.05), and the incidence of operative complications was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion endoscopic hypothermic plasma has the advantages of less pain, less trauma, good curative effect and less complications, which is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
