【摘要】：許多眼底病,如糖尿病性視網(wǎng)膜病變、視網(wǎng)膜中央靜脈阻塞、視網(wǎng)膜中央動脈阻塞等,因其眼底缺血缺氧,最終可能導(dǎo)致新生血管性青光眼(NVG)的發(fā)生。隨著眼底病的發(fā)病率逐年增高,NVG的患者也逐漸增多。新生血管性青光眼屬于難治性青光眼,治療原發(fā)病,抑制新生血管的發(fā)生,控制眼壓是治療的主要原則。本文對近幾年關(guān)于NVG的研究及治療方法予以綜述。
[Abstract]:Many fundus diseases, such as diabetic retinopathy, central retinal vein occlusion, central retinal artery occlusion and so on, may eventually lead to the occurrence of (NVG) in neovascular glaucoma due to fundus ischemia and hypoxia. With the increase of the incidence of fundus disease year by year, the number of patients with NVG is also gradually increasing. Neovascular glaucoma belongs to refractory glaucoma. Treatment of primary glaucoma, inhibition of neovascularization and control of intraocular pressure are the main principles of treatment. In this paper, the research and treatment of NVG in recent years are reviewed.
