外隱斜調(diào)節(jié)滯后與近視的相關(guān)性分析

【摘要】:研究目的:研究主導(dǎo)眼與調(diào)節(jié)滯后量及外隱斜與調(diào)節(jié)滯后量之間的關(guān)系,分析主導(dǎo)眼、調(diào)節(jié)滯后量及外隱斜對近視眼屈光狀態(tài)的影響作用,從而了解外隱斜、調(diào)節(jié)滯后量及主導(dǎo)眼對近視進展的影響。 研究方法:采用病例對照研究,選取經(jīng)遮蓋試驗篩選的隱斜視青少年154人,其年齡在6歲-18歲,平均年齡為12.32±2.58歲。進行屈光度、近距離隱斜度及調(diào)節(jié)滯后量的測量。按隱斜度分成正常組(92人):正位眼及隱斜度6△的外隱斜;外隱斜組(47人):隱斜度6△;間歇性外斜組(15人)。并用拇指法測定雙眼中的主導(dǎo)眼眼別。分別對這三組中主導(dǎo)眼與非主導(dǎo)眼的調(diào)節(jié)滯后量、近視屈光度進行比較,并對隱斜度與調(diào)節(jié)滯后量及近視屈光度進行相關(guān)性分析。 研究結(jié)果:所有受試者中右眼為主導(dǎo)眼96例,占62.3%,,左眼為主導(dǎo)眼58例,占37.7%,兩者比較差異極具統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P=0.0001)。主導(dǎo)眼眼別與近視屈光程度大的眼別無顯著相關(guān)(P0.05),三組中非主導(dǎo)眼較主導(dǎo)眼調(diào)節(jié)滯后量大,其差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。三組內(nèi)單眼注視與雙眼注視時的調(diào)節(jié)滯后量具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),單眼較雙眼調(diào)節(jié)滯后量大。隱斜度與調(diào)節(jié)滯后量呈正相關(guān)(r=0.147,p=0.016),隱斜度與近視屈光度呈正相關(guān)(r=0.161,p=0.012)。調(diào)節(jié)滯后量與近視屈光度呈正相關(guān)(r=0.151,p=0.012)。 結(jié)論:主導(dǎo)眼與非主導(dǎo)眼的調(diào)節(jié)滯后量存在差異,非主導(dǎo)眼顯示更大的調(diào)節(jié)滯后,主導(dǎo)眼與非主導(dǎo)眼的近視屈光度無統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異。隱斜度與調(diào)節(jié)滯后量及近視屈光度之間存在正相關(guān),調(diào)節(jié)滯后量與近視屈光度之間存在正相關(guān),所以我們推測外隱斜度的增加是近視發(fā)生發(fā)展的危險因素,調(diào)節(jié)滯后與近視發(fā)生發(fā)展的關(guān)系有待進一步研究。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the relationship between dominant eye and regulating lag and between occlusal and regulating lag, and to analyze the effect of dominant eye, regulating lag and esotropia on refractive state of myopic eyes, so as to understand the refractive state of myopic eyes. The effect of regulating lag and dominant eye on the progress of myopia. Methods: a case-control study was conducted to select 154 strabismus adolescents, aged from 6 to 18 years, with an average age of 12.32 鹵2.58 years. The diopter, close hidden slope and adjustment lag were measured. According to the hidden slope, the patients were divided into normal group (92 cases): orthodontic eye and esotropia 6, esotropia group (47 cases), intermittent exotropia group (15 cases). The dominant eye characteristics in both eyes were measured by thumb finger method. The adjustment lag and myopic diopter of the dominant eye and the non-dominant eye were compared, and the correlation between the hidden slope and the adjusted lag and myopic diopter was analyzed.
