【摘要】：目的分析顯微鏡下翼狀胬肉切除聯(lián)合羊膜移植術(shù)治療翼狀胬肉的效果。方法回顧性分析翼狀胬肉患者276例的臨床資料、治療方法及效果。結(jié)果全部患者均沒有排斥、感染、復(fù)視及眼球運(yùn)動(dòng)障礙等并發(fā)癥發(fā)生。在6個(gè)月至1年的隨訪過程中,出現(xiàn)輕度復(fù)發(fā)有14眼,手術(shù)區(qū)表面出現(xiàn)少量肉芽有5眼,角膜表面光滑者共268眼,羊膜移植區(qū)無瘢痕且光滑透明,未出現(xiàn)新生血管和纖維組織增生。出現(xiàn)肉芽的5眼在顯微鏡下給予顯微剪剪除,并且在使用妥布霉素地塞米松眼液點(diǎn)眼后得到了良好的恢復(fù);1眼復(fù)發(fā)后半年再行此手術(shù),術(shù)后恢復(fù)良好。結(jié)論相較于單純的翼狀胬肉切除術(shù),顯微鏡下翼狀胬肉切除聯(lián)合羊膜移植術(shù)復(fù)發(fā)率更低,術(shù)后反應(yīng)更輕,且防止瞼球。
[Abstract]:Objective To evaluate the effect of the resection of wing-like and cut-out combined with amnion for the treatment of pterygoid meat. Methods The clinical data, treatment methods and effects of 276 cases of pterygoid meat were analyzed retrospectively. Results All the patients had no such complications as rejection, infection, diplopia and eye movement. In the follow-up period from 6 months to 1 year, there were 14 eyes with mild recurrence. There were 5 eyes on the surface of the operation area,268 eyes with smooth surface of the cornea, no scar on the amniotic membrane transplantation area and smooth and transparent, and no new blood vessel and fibrous tissue hyperplasia appeared. 5 eyes of the granulation were cut off under the microscope, and a good recovery was obtained after using the tobramycin Dexamethasone ophthalmic solution; the operation was performed in half a year after the recurrence of the eye, and the postoperative recovery was good. Conclusion Compared with the simple wing-like pectomy, the recurrence rate is lower, the post-operative reaction is lighter, and the ball is prevented.
