數(shù)字化技術(shù)在耳廓再造中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)展

【摘要】:目的對數(shù)字化技術(shù)在耳廓再造中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)展作一綜述。方法廣泛查閱近年來數(shù)字化技術(shù)在耳廓再造中應(yīng)用的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),對所涉及的主要技術(shù)和具體應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域進(jìn)行總結(jié)。結(jié)果以三維數(shù)據(jù)采集、三維重建和3D打印為代表的數(shù)字化技術(shù)在耳廓再造中的應(yīng)用,成為近年來耳廓再造領(lǐng)域一個重要的發(fā)展方向。通過構(gòu)建數(shù)字化耳廓模型、制作耳廓定位導(dǎo)板和對肋軟骨進(jìn)行成像,對耳廓再造起到了精確指導(dǎo)作用。結(jié)論數(shù)字化技術(shù)應(yīng)用于耳廓再造,能夠起到提高再造效果和降低手術(shù)創(chuàng)傷的作用。耳軟骨的3D生物打印具有廣闊應(yīng)用前景,有待繼續(xù)研究。
[Abstract]:Objective to review the application of digital technology in auricle reconstruction. Methods the related literatures about the application of digital technology in auricle reconstruction in recent years were extensively reviewed, and the main technologies and specific application fields were summarized. Results the application of digital technology, such as 3D data acquisition, 3D reconstruction and 3D printing, in auricle reconstruction has become an important development direction in the field of auricle reconstruction in recent years. By constructing the digital auricle model, making the auricle positioning guide plate and imaging the rib cartilage, the auricle reconstruction plays an accurate role in guiding the auricle reconstruction. Conclusion the application of digital technique in auricle reconstruction can improve the effect of auricle reconstruction and reduce surgical trauma. 3D bioprinting of auricular cartilage has broad application prospects and needs to be further studied.
