【摘要】：目的檢測(cè)視網(wǎng)膜靜脈阻塞(retinal vein occlusion,RVO)患者的同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)水平和血小板參數(shù),包括血小板計(jì)數(shù)(platelet,PLT)、血小板平均體積(mean platelet volume,MPV),探討兩者是否作為致病因素參與RVO發(fā)病。方法對(duì)臨床診斷為RVO的48例患者(RVO組)進(jìn)行血PLT、MPV、Hcy測(cè)定,包括視網(wǎng)膜分支靜脈阻塞(branch retinal vein occlusion,BRVO)患者22例(BRVO組)和視網(wǎng)膜中央靜脈阻塞(central retinal vein occlusion,CRVO)患者26例(CRVO組),并與臨床診斷為白內(nèi)障的40例對(duì)照組進(jìn)行比較并作統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果 RVO組PLT水平(212.99±50.10)×10~9L~(-1),與對(duì)照組PLT水平(198.11±44.69)×10~9L~(-1)比較,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),RVO組MPV與Hcy水平(9.44±0.97)f L、(8.99±0.81)μmol·L~(-1)較對(duì)照組(8.66±0.96)f L和(8.38±0.62)μmol·L~(-1)均增高(均為P0.05)。PLT水平在CRVO組(212.27±49.07)×10~9L~(-1)、BRVO組(213.84±52.43)×10~9L~(-1)及對(duì)照組間比較差異均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均為P0.05),MPV、Hcy水平在CRVO組(9.48±0.91)f L、(8.97±0.76)μmol·L~(-1)與BRVO組(9.40±1.06)f L、(9.01±0.89)μmol·L~(-1),較對(duì)照組均增高(均為P0.05),但在CRVO組與BRVO組間比較差異均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均為P0.05)。結(jié)論高M(jìn)PV、高Hcy可能是引起RVO發(fā)病的危險(xiǎn)因素,降血小板及降Hcy的治療從理論上講是一種積極有效的預(yù)防措施。
[Abstract]:Objective to detect the levels of homocysteine (homocysteine,Hcy) and platelet parameters, including platelet count (platelet,PLT) and mean platelet volume (mean platelet volume,MPV) in patients with retinal vein occlusion (retinal vein occlusion,RVO). To explore whether the two factors play a role in the pathogenesis of RVO. Methods Blood PLT,MPV,Hcy was measured in 48 patients with RVO (RVO group), including 22 patients with retinal branch vein occlusion (branch retinal vein occlusion,BRVO) and (central retinal vein occlusion, with central retinal vein occlusion (BRVO group). 26 cases of CRVO (CRVO group) were compared with 40 cases of control group. Results the level of PLT in RVO group was (212.99 鹵50.10) 脳 10 ~ (-9) L ~ (-1), and the level of PLT was (198.11 鹵44.69) 脳 10 ~ (9) L ~ (-1) in RVO group. There was no significant difference (P0.05) between MPV and Hcy in), RVO group (9.44 鹵0.97) f L,). The level of (8.99 鹵0.81) 渭 mol L ~ (-1) in CRVO group was significantly higher than that in control group (8.66 鹵0.96) f L and (8.38 鹵0.62) 渭 mol L ~ (-1) (P0.05). PLT) in CRVO group (212.27 鹵49.07) 脳 10 ~ (9) L ~ (-1). There was no significant difference between BRVO group (213.84 鹵52.43) 脳 10 ~ (9) L ~ (-1) and control group (P0.05), and MPV,Hcy level was (9.48 鹵0.91) f L, in CRVO group. (8.97 鹵0.76) 渭 mol L ~ (-1) and BRVO (9.40 鹵1.06) f L, (9.01 鹵0.89) 渭 mol L ~ (-1), which were higher than those in the control group (P0.05). But there was no significant difference between CRVO group and BRVO group (P0.05). Conclusion High MPV, and high Hcy may be the risk factors of RVO. The treatment of decreasing platelet and decreasing Hcy is an active and effective preventive measure in theory.
