【摘要】：目的:探討多管及單管良性陣發(fā)性位置性眩暈(BPPV)伴梅尼埃病患者的治療和預(yù)后。方法:梅尼埃病并發(fā)多管BPPV(試驗組A)6例,梅尼埃病并發(fā)單管BPPV(試驗組B)11例,不伴梅尼埃病的特發(fā)性BPPV(對照組)43例,均經(jīng)變位試驗診斷,并采用管石復(fù)位法治療,比較三組患者的臨床特點及轉(zhuǎn)歸。結(jié)果:試驗組(A、B)與對照組比較,以下方面差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05):1半規(guī)管受累單側(cè)比雙側(cè)多;2后半規(guī)管受累較多;3多管BPPV伴梅尼埃病的患者需多次復(fù)位且復(fù)發(fā)率高。結(jié)論:梅尼埃病并發(fā)BPPV與特發(fā)性BPPV患者的臨床特點有顯著不同,其1次復(fù)位成功率較低且復(fù)發(fā)率高,多管BPPV伴梅尼埃病的復(fù)發(fā)率最高。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the treatment and prognosis of multitube and single tube benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) with Meniere's disease. Methods: there were 6 cases of Meniere's disease complicated with multiple tube BPPV (test group A), 11 cases of Meniere disease complicated with single tube BPPV (test group B) and 43 cases of idiopathic BPPV (control group) without Meniere's disease. All cases were diagnosed by transposition test. The clinical characteristics and prognosis of the three groups were compared with the reduction of tubules. Results: compared with the control group, there were significant differences in the following aspects: (1) there were more unilateral and posterior semicircular canal involvement in the experimental group than in the control group (P0.05), and the posterior semicircular canal involvement was higher in the experimental group than in the control group (P0.05). 3 patients with multiple BPPV with Meniere's disease need multiple reduction and high recurrence rate. Conclusion: the clinical characteristics of Meniere's disease complicated with BPPV and idiopathic BPPV are significantly different. The success rate of single reduction is low and the recurrence rate is high. The recurrence rate of multiple tube BPPV with Meniere's disease is the highest.
