【摘要】：目的分析河南省7~18歲中小學(xué)生1985—2014年視力不良狀況及30年間變化,為制定視力不良防控政策及措施提供依據(jù)。方法對1985—2014年河南省7次學(xué)生體質(zhì)調(diào)研7~18歲中小學(xué)生視力數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果 2014年河南省中小學(xué)生視力不良率為55.10%,重度、中度、輕度視力不良率分別為32.30%、16.70%、6.10%,女生(58.40%)高于男生(51.90%);城市(61.10%)高于農(nóng)村(49.10%);高中視力不良率(77.90%)高于初中(67.70%)和小學(xué)(37.60%)。1985—2014年河南省中小學(xué)生視力不良率上升26.8%,上升幅度為94.7%,重度、中度上升幅度分別為122.8%、119.7%,輕度下降幅度為1.6%,男生上升幅度(100.3%)高于女生(89.0%),鄉(xiāng)村上升幅度(119.2%)高于城市(80.8%),小學(xué)上升幅度(216.0%)高于初中(103.9%)和高中(57.1%)。結(jié)論河南省7~18歲中小學(xué)生視力不良率持續(xù)增長,男女生視力不良差異減小,鄉(xiāng)村視力不良增長加快,并呈現(xiàn)低齡化趨勢,應(yīng)加強(qiáng)對鄉(xiāng)村和小學(xué)健康干預(yù)措施。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the visual acuity of primary and middle school students aged 7 years old in Henan province from 1985 to 2014 and its changes in 30 years so as to provide the basis for the policy and measures of prevention and control of visual impairment. Methods the visual acuity data of 7 primary and middle school students aged 18 years from 1985 to 2014 in Henan province were analyzed. Results the visual acuity rate of primary and middle school students in Henan Province in 2014 was 55.100.The rates of severe, moderate and mild visual acuity were 32.30% and 16.70%, respectively. The percentage of girls (58.40%) was higher than that of boys (51.90%). Urban (61.10%) was higher than rural (49.10%); The rate of vision failure in high school (77.90%) was higher than that in junior high school (67.70%) and primary school (37.60%). The moderate increase was 122.8% and the slight decrease was 1.6%. The increase rate of male students (100.3%) was higher than that of girls (89.0%), and the increase rate of rural areas (119.2%) was higher than that of urban areas (80.8%). The increase rate of primary school (216.0%) was higher than that of junior high school (103.9%) and high school (57.1%). Conclusion the rate of visual acuity of primary and middle school students aged 7 to 18 in Henan Province is increasing continuously, the difference between male and female students with poor vision is decreasing, the increase of poor vision in rural areas is accelerating, and the trend of younger age is that the intervention measures for rural and primary health should be strengthened.
