【摘要】：目的對(duì)比分析耳后注射甲強(qiáng)龍與鼓室內(nèi)注射甲強(qiáng)龍治療突發(fā)性耳聾的療效。方法選取我院2013年6月到2015年6月期間收治的63例單耳突發(fā)性耳聾患者分為A、B兩組,A組采用耳后注射甲強(qiáng)龍組:突發(fā)性耳聾患者耳后注射甲強(qiáng)龍40mg,1次/d,隔日1次,療程1周。B組采用鼓室內(nèi)注射甲強(qiáng)龍40mg,1次/d,隔日1次,療程1周。兩組均給予改善微循環(huán)藥物聯(lián)合治療。結(jié)果耳后注射總有效率為68.6%,鼓室內(nèi)注射總有效率71.5%,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論耳后注射甲強(qiáng)龍與鼓室內(nèi)注射甲強(qiáng)龍治療突發(fā)性耳聾均有較好療效,常規(guī)建議首選耳后注射。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare and analyze the effect of retroauricular injection and intratympanic injection of methylenolone in the treatment of sudden deafness. Methods Sixty-three patients with monaural sudden deafness from June 2013 to June 2015 were divided into two groups: group A was treated with retroauricular injection of methylenolone once a day. Group B was treated with intratympanic injection of 40 mg / d, once every other day for 1 week. Both groups were treated with improved microcirculation drugs. Results the total effective rate of retroauricular injection was 68.6 and the total effective rate of intratympanic injection was 71.5. There was no significant difference (P0.05). Conclusion both retroauricular injection and intratympanic injection are effective in the treatment of sudden deafness.
