1例中樞性斜視的手術(shù)治療

【摘要】：正中樞性斜視指由于中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病導(dǎo)致的斜視。眼球運(yùn)動(dòng)障礙多為第四或第六顱神經(jīng)癱瘓或麻痹~([1-2])。本例患者存在中樞性斜視,我們的治療方案取得顯著的療效。1臨床資料患者男性,55歲,患者6年前患"腦血栓",因腦血栓后雙眼偏斜于右側(cè)6年,遺留右側(cè)肢體活動(dòng)障礙左側(cè)面癱。雙眼視力均為0.2左眼內(nèi)收位,雙眼水平運(yùn)動(dòng)嚴(yán)重受限。右眼外旋震顫,內(nèi)轉(zhuǎn)不過中線,
[Abstract]:Positive central strabismus refers to strabismus caused by central nervous system diseases. Eye movement disorder is the fourth or sixth cranial nerve paralysis or paralysis ~ (1-2). There is central strabismus in this patient. Our treatment has achieved significant curative effect. 1 Clinical data: male, 55 years old, who suffered from "cerebral thrombosis" 6 years ago, with binocular deviation after cerebral thrombosis for 6 years. Left right limb movement disorder left side facial paralysis. The visual acuity of both eyes was 0.2 in left eye, and the horizontal movement of both eyes was severely limited. External rotation tremor in the right eye.
