【摘要】：目的通過(guò)對(duì)比傳統(tǒng)ASSR和NB-Chirp刺激聲ASSR誘發(fā)閾同行為測(cè)聽(tīng)聽(tīng)閾的相關(guān)性,評(píng)價(jià)重度-極重度聾兒童中,不同刺激聲ASSR在客觀聽(tīng)閾評(píng)估中的價(jià)值。方法對(duì)重度-極重度聾兒童進(jìn)行傳統(tǒng)ASSR和NB-Chirp-ASSR檢查(每組各30人60耳),兩組兒童均進(jìn)行行為測(cè)聽(tīng)檢查,將ASSR的誘發(fā)閾和行為測(cè)聽(tīng)的聽(tīng)閾進(jìn)行比較,分析NB-Chirp刺激聲ASSR和傳統(tǒng)ASSR同行為測(cè)聽(tīng)聽(tīng)閾一致性,對(duì)比兩種不同刺激聲ASSR同行為測(cè)聽(tīng)聽(tīng)閾的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果 NB-Chirp刺激聲ASSR組和傳統(tǒng)ASSR組的誘發(fā)閾同行為測(cè)聽(tīng)聽(tīng)閾的一致性均較好,前者91.67%,后者83.33%。傳統(tǒng)ASSR組500Hz誘發(fā)閾、NB-Chirp ASSR 1000Hz、2000Hz及4000Hz誘發(fā)閾均與行為測(cè)聽(tīng)聽(tīng)閾存在中度相關(guān),相關(guān)系數(shù)分別為0.62、0.53、0.56和0.51。其余頻率呈低度相關(guān)。結(jié)論對(duì)于重度-極重度聾兒童,同傳統(tǒng)ASSR相比,NB-Chirp ASSR能更好的反映純音聽(tīng)閾。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the value of different stimulatory sound ASSR in objective hearing threshold evaluation in children with severe to very severe deafness by comparing the correlation between ASSR evoked threshold of traditional ASSR and NB-Chirp stimulation sound. Methods traditional ASSR and NB-Chirp-ASSR examinations were performed in children with severe to very severe deafness (60 ears in each group). The evoked threshold of ASSR and the threshold of behavioral audiometry were compared between the two groups. To analyze the consistency between NB-Chirp stimulatory sound ASSR and traditional ASSR peer as auditory threshold, and to compare the correlation between two different stimulatory sound ASSR peers as auditory threshold. Results the conformance of auditory threshold in NB-Chirp stimulated ASSR group and traditional ASSR group was good, the former was 91.67 and the latter was 83.33. In the traditional ASSR group, 500Hz threshold, NB-Chirp ASSR 1000Hz 2000Hz and 4000Hz threshold were moderately correlated with the behavioral audiometry hearing threshold, the correlation coefficients were 0.62n0.53 and 0.51, respectively. The other frequencies were low correlation. Conclusion compared with traditional ASSR, NB-Chirp ASSR can better reflect pure tone hearing threshold in children with severe to very severe deafness.
