【摘要】：目的觀察布地奈德混懸液輔助治療小兒急性喉炎的臨床療效。方法 2014年1月至2015年6月常熟市中醫(yī)院兒科收治住院的輕中度急性喉炎患兒120例,隨機(jī)分為觀察組和對(duì)照組各60例。對(duì)照組常規(guī)予抗生素、早期給予足量激素,觀察組在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上加用布地奈德混懸液霧化吸入,兩組均予相同對(duì)癥支持治療,療程5~7d,比較分析兩組臨床療效情況及患兒聲嘶、犬吠樣咳嗽、喉梗阻癥狀緩解時(shí)間。結(jié)果觀察組總有效率為91.7%(55/60),顯著高于對(duì)照組76.7%(46/60),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。觀察組患兒聲嘶、犬吠樣咳嗽、及喉梗阻癥狀消失時(shí)間均短于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。兩組均未見(jiàn)明顯不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)論布地奈德混懸液霧化吸入對(duì)小兒急性喉炎療效確切,且較為安全,值得臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of budesonide suspension on acute laryngitis in children. Methods from January 2014 to June 2015, 120 children with mild to moderate acute laryngitis were randomly divided into two groups: the observation group (n = 60) and the control group (n = 60). In the control group, antibiotics were given routinely and sufficient hormone was given early. The observation group was treated with budesonide suspension atomization inhalation on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated with the same symptomatic support therapy for 5 to 7 days. The clinical curative effect and the time of relief of hoarseness, barking cough and laryngeal obstruction were compared between the two groups. Results the total effective rate of the observation group was 91.7% (55 / 60), which was significantly higher than that of the control group (76.7%) (46 / 60), the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). The time of hoarseness, barking cough and laryngeal obstruction in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group (P0.05). No obvious adverse reactions were observed in both groups. Conclusion budesonide suspension aerosol inhalation is effective and safe in the treatment of acute laryngitis in children.
