【摘要】：目的 :分析支撐喉窺鏡下切除聲帶良性增生性病變的臨床效果及對患者復(fù)發(fā)率的影響,探討其臨床應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法 :將我院2013年3月—2015年3月收治的138例聲帶良性增生性病變患者作為觀察組,并選取同期30名健康體檢者,作為對照組,檢測對照組入組時(shí)及觀察組治療前后聲學(xué)參數(shù)變化,分析該方案的療效,并實(shí)施為期1年隨訪,記錄觀察組患者復(fù)發(fā)情況。結(jié)果 :所有患者均順利完成手術(shù),未見術(shù)后并發(fā)癥發(fā)生。觀察組術(shù)前聲學(xué)參數(shù)均高于對照組,其術(shù)后1周時(shí)基頻微擾、振幅微擾、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化噪能量較術(shù)前降低,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),患者術(shù)后2周時(shí)聲學(xué)參數(shù)與對照組入組時(shí)比較,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。術(shù)后6個(gè)月時(shí),治愈124例,好轉(zhuǎn)9,無效5例,總有效率為96.38%;術(shù)后1年內(nèi),138例患者中復(fù)發(fā)2例,復(fù)發(fā)率為1.45%。結(jié)論 :支撐喉窺鏡下切除聲帶良性增生性病變可早期改善患者聲學(xué)參數(shù),具有良好的臨床療效與安全性,且可將患者復(fù)發(fā)率控制在較低水平。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the clinical effect of laryngoscopic resection of benign proliferative lesions of vocal cord and its influence on the recurrence rate of patients, and to explore its clinical application value. Methods: 138 patients with benign proliferative lesions of vocal cord were treated in our hospital from March 2013 to March 2015 as observation group, and 30 healthy persons were selected as control group. The changes of acoustic parameters in the control group and before and after treatment were detected and the curative effect was analyzed. The patients in the observation group were followed up for one year to record the recurrence of the patients in the observation group. Results: all patients successfully completed the operation, no postoperative complications occurred. The preoperative acoustic parameters in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the fundamental frequency perturbation, amplitude perturbation and standardized noise energy were decreased 1 week after operation (P0.05). There was no significant difference in acoustic parameters between the patients and the control group 2 weeks after operation (P0.05). At 6 months after operation, 124 cases were cured, 9 cases were improved, 5 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 96.38%, within 1 year after operation, there were 2 cases of recurrence in 138 cases, and the recurrence rate was 1.45%. Conclusion: resection of benign proliferative lesions of vocal cord under laryngoscope can improve the acoustic parameters of patients early, have good clinical efficacy and safety, and can control the recurrence rate of patients at a lower level.
