【摘要】：目的總結(jié)拉坦前列素在小切口囊外摘出術(shù)治療青光眼術(shù)后白內(nèi)障中的應(yīng)用效果,為眼科手術(shù)治療提供參考性意見。方法將我院2014年6月至2016年1月收治的青光眼術(shù)后白內(nèi)障患者80例分為參照組與試驗組,各40例。參照組采取小切口囊外摘出術(shù)治療,試驗組采取拉坦前列素、小切口囊外摘出術(shù)治療,比較兩組患者治療后視力、眼壓、淚膜穩(wěn)定性及并發(fā)癥情況。結(jié)果治療后,兩組患者各項眼部指標均優(yōu)于治療前,且試驗組優(yōu)于參照組,差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);試驗組并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率明顯低于參照組,差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論采用拉坦前列素聯(lián)合小切口囊外摘出術(shù)治療青光眼術(shù)后白內(nèi)障效果顯著,能夠改善患者的視力、眼壓情況,并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率低,值得推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to summarize the effect of lattanprost in the treatment of cataract after glaucoma surgery through small incision extracapsular extraction. Methods from June 2014 to January 2016, 80 patients with postoperative cataract were divided into control group and experimental group, each with 40 cases. The control group was treated with small incision extracapsular extraction, the experimental group was treated with lattanprostatin and small incision extracapsular extraction. The visual acuity, intraocular pressure, tear film stability and complications were compared between the two groups. Results after treatment, the eye indexes of the two groups were better than before, and the experimental group was better than the reference group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). The incidence of complications in the trial group was significantly lower than that in the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion Lattanprost combined with small incision extracapsular extraction is effective in the treatment of cataract after glaucoma surgery, which can improve the visual acuity, intraocular pressure and the incidence of complications. It is worth popularizing.
