【摘要】：目的探討角膜塑形鏡停止矯治后不同時間患者角膜與屈光狀況,為其研究提供可參考依據(jù)。方法共納入30例(52只眼)配戴角膜塑形鏡并有停戴史的近視患者作為研究對象,根據(jù)患者停戴時間分為A組(停戴時間1個月)、B組(1個月≤停戴時間3個月)與C組(停戴時間≥3個月),記錄患者戴鏡前及停戴后角膜形態(tài)與屈光狀態(tài)。結(jié)果 A組與B組停戴后中央角膜厚度、角膜平K值、陡K值、平均K值及SRI均明顯低于配戴前,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);且停戴后A組與B組中央角膜厚度、角膜平K值、陡K值、平均K值及SRI均明顯低于C組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。停戴后3組均無球鏡度數(shù)及散光度數(shù)增加(P0.05)。結(jié)論角膜塑形鏡可以有效控制近視的發(fā)展,且停戴后3個月以上,角膜形態(tài)及屈光狀態(tài)均可恢復(fù),有較好的安全性,可以作為近視的長期治療方案。
