【摘要】：目的:觀察辛夷鼻炎丸聯(lián)合布地奈德治療變應(yīng)性鼻炎的療效及其對相關(guān)炎癥因子的影響。方法:120例變應(yīng)性鼻炎患者隨機分為觀察組和對照組,每組60例。對照組患者給予布地奈德鼻噴霧劑治療,1個鼻孔噴1次(64μg/噴),每天2次。觀察組患者在對照組治療基礎(chǔ)上加服辛夷鼻炎丸3 g,每日3次。兩組療程均為4周。觀察并比較兩組患者臨床療效,治療前后臨床癥狀和體征總積分變化情況,血清免疫球蛋白E(Ig E)和白細(xì)胞三烯E_4(LTE_4)含量,同時記錄不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果:觀察組和對照組分別有3、4例患者脫落。觀察組患者總有效率顯著高于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(84.21%vs.73.21%,P0.05)。治療前,兩組患者臨床癥狀和體征總積分、Ig E和LTE_4水平比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);治療2、4周后,兩組患者臨床癥狀和體征總積分、Ig E和LTE_4水平顯著低于同組治療前,且觀察組顯著低于同期對照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。兩組患者均未見明顯不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生。結(jié)論:辛夷鼻炎丸聯(lián)合布地奈德治療變應(yīng)性鼻炎療效較好,可以顯著改善患者臨床癥狀和體征,降低炎癥因子水平,安全性亦較好。
[Abstract]:Aim: to observe the effect of Xinyi rhinitis pill combined with budesonide in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods: 120 patients with allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 60 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with budesonide nasal spray, 1 nostril spray (64 渭 g / a), twice a day. The patients in the observation group were given 3 g of Xinyi rhinitis pills 3 times a day on the basis of treatment in the control group. The course of treatment was 4 weeks in both groups. To observe and compare the clinical efficacy, the changes of total clinical symptoms and signs, the contents of serum immunoglobulin E (Ig E) and leukocyte triene E4 (LTE_4) before and after treatment, and to record the occurrence of adverse reactions. Results: in the observation group and the control group, there were 34 cases of abscission. The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (84.21 vs 73.21 P 0.05). Before treatment, the two groups of clinical symptoms and signs of the total score of, Ig E and LTE_4 levels, the difference was not statistically significant (P0.05); After 2 weeks of treatment, the, Ig E and LTE_4 levels of the two groups were significantly lower than those of the same group before treatment, and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group in the same period, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). No significant adverse reactions occurred in both groups. Conclusion: Xinyi rhinitis pill combined with budesonide is effective in the treatment of allergic rhinitis, which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs of the patients, reduce the level of inflammatory factors, and the safety is good.
