【摘要】：目的:觀察并研究普拉洛芬在參與治療角結(jié)膜干燥癥當(dāng)中的臨床治療效果。方法:本研究所有選擇的研究對象均為本院2016年10月至2017年10月收治的角結(jié)膜干燥癥患者94例,將所有患者作為研究對象,并采用隨機(jī)方法分為觀察組和對照組,每組患者均為47例。對照組患者選擇采用玻璃酸鈉滴眼液進(jìn)行治療,觀察組患者在此基礎(chǔ)之上選擇采用普拉洛芬進(jìn)行治療,對兩組患者的治療效果進(jìn)行評價(jià)。結(jié)果:對于本研究兩組患者臨床治療有效率進(jìn)行比較,觀察組患者的治療效果優(yōu)于對照組,兩者之間差異明顯,存在有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,P0.05。結(jié)論:對于角結(jié)膜干燥癥進(jìn)行治療的時(shí)候,為患者選擇采用普拉洛芬進(jìn)行治療能夠有效提高患者治療的有效率,緩解患者的臨床癥狀,促進(jìn)患者更好的恢復(fù)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe and study the clinical effect of Praprofen in the treatment of keratoconjunctival dryness. Methods: all the selected subjects were 94 cases of keratoconjunctival dryness admitted from October 2016 to October 2017. All the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. There were 47 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops and the patients in the observation group were treated with Praprofen. Results: the clinical effective rate of the two groups was better than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was significant (P 0.05). Conclusion: for the treatment of keratoconjunctival dryness, the choice of Praprofen for the treatment of patients can effectively improve the effective rate of treatment, alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients, and promote better recovery of patients.
