【摘要】：目的:探討變應性鼻炎(AR)患者鼻用布地奈德治療后嗜酸粒細胞(EOS)與肺功能的相關性。方法:按照標準選取50例中重度AR患者(AR組),50例正常者(對照組),對2組行肺功能及鼻分泌物EOS檢查。AR組采用布地奈德+氯雷他定治療3個月后再次行肺功能及EOS檢查,分析兩者之間的變化趨勢。結果:AR組患者EOS均較對照組升高(P0.05),且肺功能最大呼氣中期流量(MMEF)與鼻分泌物EOS呈負相關(r=-0.945);治療后AR患者EOS較治療前降低,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。經布地奈德治療后,AR組患者EOS下降與肺功能上升的數(shù)值變化呈正相關(r=0.803)。結論:AR患者鼻分泌物EOS越高,其肺功能下降越明顯,經治療后,AR患者鼻分泌物EOS下降越多,其肺功能改善越大。
[Abstract]:Aim: to investigate the correlation between eosinophil (EOS) and lung function in patients with allergic rhinitis (AR) after budesonide treatment. Methods: 50 patients with moderate and severe AR (AR group) and 50 normal subjects (control group) were selected according to the standard. Pulmonary function and nasal secretions were examined by EOS in two groups, and lung function and EOS were examined again in AR group after 3 months of budesonide loratadine therapy, and the change trend between them was analyzed. Results: EOS in AR group was significantly higher than that in control group (P0.05), and the maximal expiratory flow (MEF) (MMEF) was negatively correlated with nasal secretion EOS (r-0.945). After treatment, the EOS of AR patients was lower than that before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). After budesonide treatment, there was a positive correlation between the decrease of EOS and the increase of pulmonary function in AR group (r = 0.803). Conclusion: the higher the EOS of nasal secretions in AR patients, the more obvious the decrease of pulmonary function. After treatment, the more EOS in nasal secretions of AR patients is decreased, the greater the improvement of pulmonary function is.
