不同海拔地區(qū)眼部生物有效紫外輻射的差異研究

【摘要】:目的探討不同海拔的西昌和紹興地區(qū)眼部暴露生物有效紫外輻射強(qiáng)度的差異,為眼紫外線防護(hù)提供依據(jù)。方法采用自行研制的旋轉(zhuǎn)式眼紫外線暴露模型,在晴好天氣下,分別在西昌和紹興進(jìn)行監(jiān)測。運(yùn)用AvaSoft 7.4 for USB2軟件和OriginPro 8.0軟件進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析和處理。結(jié)果西昌和紹興眼部生物有效紫外輻射暴露強(qiáng)度的日間變化呈雙峰分布,西昌角膜、結(jié)膜和晶狀體的加權(quán)UVBE最大值分別是紹興的1.7倍、近2倍和1.8倍。相同太陽高度角下,西昌角膜、結(jié)膜、晶狀體生物有效強(qiáng)度均高于紹興。結(jié)論不同海拔兩地區(qū)的眼部生物有效暴露強(qiáng)度的日間變化均呈雙峰分布。相同太陽高度角下,其角膜、結(jié)膜和晶狀體的生物有效紫外線強(qiáng)度存在明顯差異,西昌均高于紹興。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the difference of effective ultraviolet radiation intensity of eye exposed organisms in Xichang and Shaoxing areas at different elevations, and to provide evidence for eye ultraviolet protection. Methods A rotating eye ultraviolet exposure model was developed and monitored in Xichang and Shaoxing in fine weather. AvaSoft 7.4 for USB2 software and OriginPro 8.0 software are used to analyze and process the data. Results the diurnal changes of the bioactive ultraviolet radiation exposure intensity in Xichang and Shaoxing eyes were bimodal distribution. The weighted UVBE values of Xichang cornea conjunctiva and lens were 1.7 times nearly 2 times and 1.8 times of those of Shaoxing cornea conjunctiva and lens respectively. The bioavailability of Xichang cornea, conjunctiva and lens at the same solar height angle was higher than that in Shaoxing. Conclusion the diurnal changes of the effective exposure intensity of ocular organisms in different altitude areas are all double peak distribution. At the same solar height angle, the bioavailable UV intensity of cornea, conjunctiva and lens were significantly different, and Xichang was higher than Shaoxing.
