【摘要】：近年來,越來越多的研究發(fā)現(xiàn)應(yīng)用α-1受體阻滯劑的患者在白內(nèi)障手術(shù)中出現(xiàn)小瞳孔綜合征,手術(shù)中出現(xiàn)眼內(nèi)液流灌注正常時虹膜呈松弛翻涌現(xiàn)象,虹膜易從手術(shù)切口中脫離出來以及在充分散瞳后術(shù)中瞳孔仍進(jìn)行性縮小的三聯(lián)征現(xiàn)象,稱為虹膜松弛綜合征。本文就其發(fā)病率、產(chǎn)生機制、臨床表現(xiàn)、并發(fā)癥和預(yù)防治療方法作一簡要綜述。
[Abstract]:In recent years, more and more studies have found that patients with 偽-1 receptor blockers have small pupil syndrome during cataract surgery, and iris flabs during cataract surgery with normal intraocular fluid perfusion. It is called iris relaxation syndrome that the iris is easily removed from the surgical incision and the pupil shrinks progressively after full mydriasis. This article reviews the incidence, mechanism, clinical manifestation, complications and prevention and treatment of the disease.
