【摘要】：目的:探討年齡對吞咽過程中舌骨運動及食管上括約肌(UES)開放程度的影響,并進一步研究舌骨運動與UES開放程度的相關性。方法:對20~74歲的100例健康成人志愿者行X線動態(tài)吞咽造影檢查,并按年齡分為青年組(45歲)、中年組(45~65歲)、老年組(65歲)。然后通過Avidemux 2.5計時軟件及Image J圖像測量軟件測量計算在吞咽過程中舌骨運動的時間、移動距離及UES最大開放程度。結果:在100例志愿者中,舌骨從靜止位置運動到最大位移處所用的時間隨著年齡的增加逐漸延長,青年組、中年組、老年組之間差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);舌骨在最大位移處停留的時間隨著年齡的增加逐漸縮短,青年組與老年組之間、中年組與老年組之間差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);舌骨前移的距離隨著年齡的增加逐漸減小,青年組分別與中年組和老年組比較差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);UES最大開放程度隨著年齡的增加而減小,且青年組與老年組之間差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。UES開放程度與舌骨上移幅度在3組間均無相關性(P0.05),而UES開放程度與舌骨前移幅度在不同年齡段均顯著相關(P0.05)。結論:吞咽中舌骨運動的時間和空間的相關參數(shù)以及UES的最大開放程度在不同年齡組存在差異,舌骨前移和UES開放顯著相關(P0.05)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of age on hyoid movement and (UES) opening of upper esophageal sphincter during swallowing, and to study the correlation between hyoid motion and UES openness. Methods: 100 healthy adult volunteers aged 20 to 74 years were examined by X-ray dynamic swallowing angiography and were divided into youth group (45 years old), middle age group (45 to 65 years old) and elderly group (65 years old). Then the hyoid movement time, distance and maximum opening degree of UES were calculated by Avidemux 2.5 timing software and Image J image measurement software. Results: in 100 volunteers, the time used to move the hyoid from static position to maximum displacement was prolonged with the increase of age, the youth group, the middle age group, the young group, the middle age group, There was a significant difference between the old group (P0.05); the hyoid at the maximum displacement of the time gradually shortened with the increase of age, between the young group and the elderly group, There was significant difference between the middle age group and the old group (P0.05), the distance of hyoid anterior movement gradually decreased with the increase of age. There were significant differences between the young group and the middle age group and the old group (P0.05) the maximum open degree of UES decreased with the increase of age. The difference between the young group and the old group was statistically significant (P0.05). There was no correlation between the opening degree of UES and the hyoid bone movement (P0.05), while the opening degree of UES was significantly correlated with the hyoid anterior movement in different age groups (P0.05). Conclusion: the time and space parameters of hyoid movement and the maximum opening degree of UES in swallowing were different in different age groups. Hyoid anterior movement was significantly correlated with UES opening (P0.05).
