【摘要】：目的觀察不同程度感音神經(jīng)性聽力損失兒童Chirp聲聽性穩(wěn)態(tài)反應(Chirp auditory steady-state responses,Chirp-ASSR)的特點,探討Chirp-ASSR測試的臨床意義。方法對136例(272耳)5~10歲不同程度感音神經(jīng)性聽力損失兒童進行純音聽閾測試(pure tone audiometry,PTA)和Chirp-ASSR測試,根據(jù)500、1 000、2 000和4 000Hz的平均聽閾,將受試者分為四組,即20~dB HL組、40~dB HL組、60~dB HL組和≥80dB HL組,比較不同程度感音神經(jīng)性聽力損失兒童各頻率純音聽閾與Chirp-ASSR反應閾的相關性。結果 (1)純音聽閾≥80dB HL組的Chirp-ASSR反應閾值比純音聽閾值高,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。(2)PTA和Chirp-ASSR的相關系數(shù)γ隨著聽力損失程度加重而逐漸降低,隨著測試頻率的增加有增大的趨勢,在500 Hz和4 000Hz之間差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論 Chirp-ASSR有頻率特異性,能夠較好的反映聽力水平,特別在輕度、中度和重度感音神經(jīng)性聽力損失患者中更明顯。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the characteristics of Chirp auditory steady-state response (Chirp-ASSR) in children with sensorineural hearing loss and to explore the clinical significance of Chirp-ASSR test. Methods (pure tone audiometry test and Chirp-ASSR test were performed in 136 children (5 ears, 10 years old) with different degrees of sensorineural hearing loss. According to the average hearing thresholds of 5001 000 and 4 000 Hz, the subjects were divided into four groups.
