【摘要】:正淚膜脂質(zhì)層主要由瞼板腺分泌的瞼脂形成。脂質(zhì)層具有重要的生理作用:(1)在瞬目過程中對眼瞼運(yùn)動起到潤滑的作用;(2)阻止水液蒸發(fā)的屏障作用;(3)阻止微生物和有機(jī)物(如花粉)進(jìn)入眼表~([1])。淚膜脂質(zhì)層厚度變薄或脂質(zhì)層成分改變,會使下方水液層蒸發(fā)加快,淚膜穩(wěn)定性下降,淚液滲透壓升高,進(jìn)而引
[Abstract]:The lipid layer of the positive tear film is mainly formed by the eyelid fat secreted by the tarsal gland. Lipid layer plays an important physiological role: (1) lubricating eyelid movement during blink; (2) preventing water evaporation; (3) preventing microorganisms and organic matter (such as pollen) from entering the eye surface. The thickness of the lipid layer of the tear film becomes thinner or the composition of the lipid layer changes, which will accelerate the evaporation of the lower layer of water, decrease the stability of the tear film, and increase the osmotic pressure of the tear.
