【摘要】：目的研究MTDH、β-catenin在眼附屬器MALT淋巴瘤中的表達(dá)情況,以及二者相關(guān)性,探索二者在眼附屬器MALT淋巴瘤中的作用與意義。方法收集青島大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院眼科1999年06月至2015年12月手術(shù)切除的眼附屬器MALT淋巴瘤作為實(shí)驗(yàn)組(n=30例),反應(yīng)性淋巴組織增生組織作為對(duì)照組(n=20例)。兩組中MTDH與β-catenin的m RNA和蛋白的表達(dá)分別采用PCR法與免疫組化法檢測(cè)。采用SPSS統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)軟件分析MTDH、β-catenin與眼附屬器MALT淋巴瘤臨床特征(包括年齡、性別、部位、臨床病理分期)的關(guān)系,并探索MTDH與β-catenin二者表達(dá)的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果在眼附屬器MALT淋巴瘤中,MTDH與β-catenin的m RNA表達(dá)均較對(duì)照組增加(P0.01);MTDH與β-catenin蛋白在眼附屬器MALT淋巴瘤中的陽(yáng)性表達(dá)率分別為50%(15/30)、26.67%(8/30),而在對(duì)照組中的陽(yáng)性表達(dá)率分別為10%(2/20)、0(0/20),其差異存在顯著性(P=0.003,P=0.033)。并且MTDH與β-catenin的表達(dá)與眼附屬器MALT淋巴瘤患者Ann Arbor臨床病理分期有關(guān),在Ann Arbor臨床病理分期Ⅰ-Ⅳ的患者中,MTDH的陽(yáng)性表達(dá)率分別為36.36%(8/22)、83.33%(5/6)、100%(1/1)、100%(1/1),差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.042),β-catenin的陽(yáng)性率分別為13.63%(3/22)、50%(3/6)、100%(1/1)、100%(1/1),差異存在統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.016),而MTDH與β-catenin的表達(dá)與患者年齡、性別及發(fā)病部位均無(wú)關(guān)(P0.05)。并且MTDH與β-catenin蛋白的表達(dá)呈正相關(guān)(r=0.452,P=0.035)。結(jié)論MTDH與β-catenin在眼附屬器MALT淋巴瘤中的表達(dá)增加,且二者的表達(dá)水平均與臨床病理分期呈正相關(guān),MTDH與β-catenin的高表達(dá)可能在眼附屬器MALT淋巴瘤的發(fā)生、發(fā)展中起重要作用,同時(shí)MTDH與β-catenin的表達(dá)為正相關(guān)關(guān)系。聯(lián)合檢測(cè)二者表達(dá),有助于MALT淋巴瘤的臨床診斷與鑒別診斷。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the expression of MTDH, 尾 -catenin in ocular adnexal malt lymphoma and their correlation, and to explore the role and significance of MTDH and 尾 -catenin in ocular adnexal malt lymphoma. Methods from June 1999 to December 2015, 30 cases of ocular adnexal malt lymphoma and 20 cases of reactive lymphoproliferative tissue as control group were collected. The mRNA and protein expression of MTDH and 尾 -catenin were detected by PCR and immunohistochemistry, respectively. The relationship between MTDH, 尾 -catenin and clinical features (including age, sex, location, clinicopathological stage) of ocular adnexal malt lymphoma was analyzed by SPSS software, and the correlation between MTDH and 尾 -catenin expression was explored. Results the mRNA expressions of MTDH and 尾 -catenin in ocular adnexal malt lymphoma were significantly higher than those in the control group. The positive expression rates of MTDH and 尾 -catenin protein in MALT lymphoma were 50% 1530% ~ 26.67% and 10 22 / 20 / 0 / 20%, respectively. There was a significant difference between them. The expression of MTDH and 尾 -catenin was related to the clinicopathological stage of Ann Arbor in patients with ocular adnexal malt lymphoma.
