【摘要】：目的：觀察無明顯誘因及原發(fā)病的非遺傳性獲得性感音神經(jīng)性耳聾（acquirednonhereditary sensorineural hearing loss以下簡稱神經(jīng)性聾）患者血清同型半胱氨酸（hcy）和血尿酸水平，分析其與神經(jīng)性聾的相關性。 方法：收集神經(jīng)性聾患者80例為實驗組，選擇性別、年齡等與實驗組相匹配的正常聽力人群80例作為對照組。采用以小分子捕獲技術為基礎的自動化速率法測定血清Hcy和TOOS的酶比色測定法測定血尿酸的含量。 結果：實驗組血清Hcy水平（18.54±4.34）μmol/L，顯著高于對照組（8.02±3.54）μmol/L，實驗組血尿酸水平（396.2±97.3）μmol/L，顯著高于對照組（212.8±71.5）μmol/L，均有顯著差異（P＜0.05）。 結論：同型半胱氨酸、血尿酸與感音神經(jīng)性聾有相關性，可能為感音神經(jīng)性聾的危險因素之一。控制機體內(nèi)同型半胱氨酸與血尿酸含量可以為耳聾的預防提出新的研究方向。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the serum homocysteine (Hcy) and serum uric acid (uric acid) levels in patients with non-hereditary acquired sensorineural hearing loss (sensorineural hearing loss) without obvious inducement. Methods: 80 cases of neurodeafness were collected as experimental group, and 80 cases of normal hearing group matched with experimental group were selected as control group. Serum Hcy and TOOS were determined by enzyme colorimetry based on small molecule capture technique. Results: the serum Hcy level of the experimental group was 18.54 鹵4.34 渭 mol / L, significantly higher than that of the control group (8.02 鹵3.54) 渭 mol / L, and that of the experimental group was 8.02 鹵3.54 渭 mol 路L ~ (-1). Compared with the control group (212.8 鹵71.5) 渭 mol / L, the difference was significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: homocysteine, homocysteine, Serum uric acid is associated with sensorineural hearing loss and may be one of the risk factors for sensorineural hearing loss. Controlling the contents of homocysteine and uric acid in the body can provide a new research direction for the prevention of deafness.
