同型半胱氨酸及血尿酸與感音神經(jīng)性聾相關(guān)性的研究

【摘要】:目的:觀察無(wú)明顯誘因及原發(fā)病的非遺傳性獲得性感音神經(jīng)性耳聾(acquirednonhereditary sensorineural hearing loss以下簡(jiǎn)稱神經(jīng)性聾)患者血清同型半胱氨酸(hcy)和血尿酸水平,分析其與神經(jīng)性聾的相關(guān)性。 方法:收集神經(jīng)性聾患者80例為實(shí)驗(yàn)組,選擇性別、年齡等與實(shí)驗(yàn)組相匹配的正常聽力人群80例作為對(duì)照組。采用以小分子捕獲技術(shù)為基礎(chǔ)的自動(dòng)化速率法測(cè)定血清Hcy和TOOS的酶比色測(cè)定法測(cè)定血尿酸的含量。 結(jié)果:實(shí)驗(yàn)組血清Hcy水平(18.54±4.34)μmol/L,顯著高于對(duì)照組(8.02±3.54)μmol/L,實(shí)驗(yàn)組血尿酸水平(396.2±97.3)μmol/L,顯著高于對(duì)照組(212.8±71.5)μmol/L,均有顯著差異(P<0.05)。 結(jié)論:同型半胱氨酸、血尿酸與感音神經(jīng)性聾有相關(guān)性,可能為感音神經(jīng)性聾的危險(xiǎn)因素之一?刂茩C(jī)體內(nèi)同型半胱氨酸與血尿酸含量可以為耳聾的預(yù)防提出新的研究方向。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the serum homocysteine (Hcy) and serum uric acid (uric acid) levels in patients with non-hereditary acquired sensorineural hearing loss (sensorineural hearing loss) without obvious inducement. Methods: 80 cases of neurodeafness were collected as experimental group, and 80 cases of normal hearing group matched with experimental group were selected as control group. Serum Hcy and TOOS were determined by enzyme colorimetry based on small molecule capture technique. Results: the serum Hcy level of the experimental group was 18.54 鹵4.34 渭 mol / L, significantly higher than that of the control group (8.02 鹵3.54) 渭 mol / L, and that of the experimental group was 8.02 鹵3.54 渭 mol 路L ~ (-1). Compared with the control group (212.8 鹵71.5) 渭 mol / L, the difference was significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: homocysteine, homocysteine, Serum uric acid is associated with sensorineural hearing loss and may be one of the risk factors for sensorineural hearing loss. Controlling the contents of homocysteine and uric acid in the body can provide a new research direction for the prevention of deafness.
