【摘要】：目的觀察康柏西普眼內(nèi)注射對(duì)增殖型糖尿病視網(wǎng)膜病(PDR)玻璃體切割手術(shù)(PPV)的影響。方法 2014年5月-2016年5月,因PDR行PPV聯(lián)合硅油注入手術(shù)的患者共53例(53眼),按是否進(jìn)行術(shù)前玻璃體腔康柏西普注射,分為單純PPV組(A組)28例(28眼)及康柏西普玻璃體腔注射聯(lián)合PPV組(B組)25例(25眼),回顧性分析2組患者的臨床資料,并比較2組患者在術(shù)中累計(jì)出血量、手術(shù)時(shí)間及術(shù)后1周、1月及3月時(shí)視網(wǎng)膜出血、視網(wǎng)膜增殖及視力預(yù)后的情況。結(jié)果 B組的手術(shù)時(shí)間、術(shù)中累計(jì)出血量均少于A組(P0.05);術(shù)后1周時(shí),B組視網(wǎng)膜出血例數(shù)少于A組,平均視力高于A組(P0.05),而視網(wǎng)膜增殖方面2組差別無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;術(shù)后1及3月時(shí),B組較A組視網(wǎng)膜增殖少,視力預(yù)后更好(P0.05),而視網(wǎng)膜出血情況2組差別無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論在PDR患者行PPV手術(shù)中,術(shù)前眼內(nèi)注射康柏西普可減少術(shù)中出血、縮短手術(shù)時(shí)間、減少術(shù)后再出血、減輕視網(wǎng)膜增殖,并能獲得更佳的術(shù)后視力,為PDR患者保留相對(duì)較佳的視功能。
[Abstract]:Objective To observe the effect of compaitcept intraocular injection on vitrectomy (PPV) for proliferative diabetic retinopathy (PDR). Methods in May -2016 May 2014, 53 patients (53 eyes) with PDR PPV combined with silicone oil injection were divided into 28 cases (28 eyes) and Compaq in group PPV (group A) according to whether the anterior vitreous coelous cicopcept was injected before operation. Cept combined with PPV group (group B) (group B) 25 cases (25 eyes), retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 2 groups of patients, and compared the total amount of bleeding in the 2 groups, operation time and 1 weeks after operation, retinal hemorrhage, retinal proliferation and visual prognosis in January and March. Results the operation time of group B, the total amount of bleeding in the operation was less than group A (P 0.05): at 1 weeks after operation, the number of retinal hemorrhage in group B was less than that in group A, the average visual acuity was higher than that of group A (P0.05), but there was no significant difference between the 2 groups of retina proliferation. At 1 and March after the operation, the retina proliferated less and the prognosis of the retina was better than the A group (P0.05), but there was no statistical difference between the 2 groups of the retinal blood condition. Conclusion in the PPV operation of PDR patients, there was no statistical significance. Intraocular injection of compaitcept before operation can reduce intraoperative bleeding, shorten operation time, reduce postoperative rebleeding, reduce retinal proliferation, and obtain better postoperative visual acuity, so as to retain a relatively good visual function for PDR patients.
