【摘要】：腺樣體肥大伴OSAHS是兒童常見疾病,手術治療已成為主要治療方法,但手術后OSAHS復發(fā)的案例不在少數(shù),現(xiàn)根據(jù)各文獻報導,分析腺樣體肥大術后OSAHS復發(fā)的原因主要為:傳統(tǒng)腺樣體刮除術等手術未完全切除腺樣體,合并分泌性中耳炎、鼻-鼻竇炎等臨近器官疾病,扁桃體等淋巴組織代償增生,肥胖等。積極治療原發(fā)疾病,控制炎癥發(fā)生是避免腺樣體切除術后OSAHS復發(fā)的有效途徑。
[Abstract]:Adenoid hypertrophy with OSAHS is a common disease in children. Surgical treatment has become the main treatment method, but the recurrence of OSAHS after surgery is not a small number. According to the reports of various literature, the reasons for the recurrence of OSAHS after adenooid hypertrophy are mainly: traditional adenoid curettage and other surgery without complete resection of adenoids, secretory otitis media, nasal - Nasosinusitis and other adjacent organ diseases, such as tonsils and other lymphoid tissue compensatory hyperplasia, obesity, and so on. Active treatment of primary disease, control of the occurrence of inflammation is an effective way to avoid recurrence of OSAHS after adenoidectomy.
