【摘要】：目的了解人工淚液-思然對超聲乳化術(shù)后淚膜穩(wěn)定性的影響。 方法隨機抽取行白內(nèi)障超聲乳化+人工晶體植入術(shù)的年齡相關(guān)性白內(nèi)障患者28例(37只眼),隨機分為實驗組(19人)和對照組(18人),對照組術(shù)后給予常規(guī)治療,實驗組術(shù)后在給予常規(guī)治療的基礎(chǔ)上加用人工淚液思然。分別于術(shù)前一天、術(shù)后一天、一周、兩周、三周、一個月行干眼問卷調(diào)查,淚膜破裂時間(BUT),基礎(chǔ)淚液分泌實驗(Schirmer-Ⅰ),角膜熒光素染色檢查。 結(jié)果與術(shù)前相比,術(shù)后干眼問卷調(diào)查有癥狀者增加,實驗組明顯少于對照組；術(shù)后實驗組BUT恢復(fù)時間較對照組提前(p≤0.05),術(shù)后實驗組SIT恢復(fù)時間較對照組提前(p≤0.05)。術(shù)后角膜染色恢復(fù)時間實驗組較對照組提前。 結(jié)論白內(nèi)障超聲乳化術(shù)后可使患者淚膜穩(wěn)定性下降,使用人工淚液思然后可減輕干眼的癥狀與體征,幫助患者更好的恢復(fù),改善視覺質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of artificial tear-Siran on the stability of lacrimal film after phacoemulsification.
