【摘要】：目的:觀察開喉劍噴霧劑聯(lián)合克感利咽口服液治療兒童急性扁桃體炎的臨床療效。方法:將110例急性扁桃體炎肺胃熱盛證患兒隨機分為對照組和觀察組各55例,對照組予頭孢克肟顆�？诜袄晚f林噴霧劑噴喉,觀察組予開喉劍噴霧劑噴喉聯(lián)合克感利咽口服液口服治療,療程均為5天,治療前后2組患兒進行中醫(yī)證候積分評定并據(jù)此評價臨床療效,治療過程中觀察并記錄2組患兒體溫升高、扁桃體腫大、咽部充血及咽痛等臨床癥狀的好轉(zhuǎn)時間及不良發(fā)應發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果:觀察組總有效率為96.36%,優(yōu)于對照組的81.82%(P0.05);觀察組體溫升高、扁桃體腫大、咽部充血及咽痛等臨床癥狀好轉(zhuǎn)時間均短于對照組(P0.05,P0.01);治療后,2組中醫(yī)證候積分均較治療前下降(P0.01),觀察組中醫(yī)證候積分低于對照組(P0.01)。結(jié)論:開喉劍噴霧劑聯(lián)合克感利咽口服液治療兒童急性扁桃體炎能有效緩解患兒的臨床癥狀及體征,臨床療效明顯,且不良反應少。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Kaihajian spray combined with keganliyan oral liquid on acute tonsillitis in children. Methods: 110 children with acute tonsillitis were randomly divided into control group (55 cases) and observation group (55 cases). The control group was treated with cefixime granules and ribavirin spray. The observation group was treated with open throat spray combined with keganliyan oral liquid for 5 days. Before and after treatment, two groups of children were evaluated with TCM syndromes integral and the clinical efficacy was evaluated accordingly. In the course of treatment, the time of improvement and the occurrence of bad hair were observed and recorded in the two groups, such as elevated body temperature, swelling of tonsil, hyperemia of pharynx and pharyngialgia. Results: the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.36, which was better than that of the control group (81.82 and P 0.05A), the body temperature of the observation group was increased, the tonsil was enlarged, the body temperature was increased, and the tonsil was enlarged. The improvement time of clinical symptoms such as pharynx hyperemia and pharyngialgia was shorter than that of the control group (P0.05, P0.01A), the scores of TCM syndromes in group 鈪，
