【摘要】：目的了解青島市50歲及以上人群翼狀胬肉患病率及其危險因素。方法 2015年4月至2016年1月,對青島市大于50歲的21 274名目標(biāo)人群進行流行病調(diào)查。采用整群隨機抽樣方法,對目標(biāo)人群進行眼部檢查及問卷調(diào)查,明確診斷。結(jié)果調(diào)查21 190(99.6%)人,確診翼狀胬肉患者1 115例(1 479只眼),占受檢人群的5.26%。Logistic回歸分析結(jié)果表明,翼狀胬肉的患病率與年齡正相關(guān)(95%CI:1.32~5.64,P0.01);外出不配戴眼鏡與配戴眼鏡相比(95%CI:3.48~7.27,P0.01);平時在室外與室內(nèi)工作者相比(95%CI:1.64~4.36,P0.01);每日視頻終端時間≥4h與4h相比(95%CI:1.02~2.06,P0.01);翼狀胬肉的發(fā)生與年齡、是否配戴眼鏡、每日視頻終端時間、戶外工作的時間相關(guān)。結(jié)論與翼狀胬肉相關(guān)的危險因素有年齡、是否配戴眼鏡、每日視頻終端時間、戶外工作的時間,戶外佩戴眼鏡是一個保護性因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prevalence and risk factors of pterygium in the population aged 50 and over in Qingdao. Methods from April 2015 to January 2016, 21 274 target population over 50 years old in Qingdao were investigated. A cluster random sampling method was used to examine and survey the eyes of the target population to make a definite diagnosis. Results 1 115 patients with pterygium were diagnosed as pterygium, and 1 479 eyes were diagnosed. The results of 5.26%.Logistic regression analysis showed that pterygium was diagnosed as pterygium.
