【摘要】：目的探討曲安奈德聯(lián)合淚道置管在鼻內(nèi)鏡下淚囊鼻腔黏膜吻合術(shù)(EE-DCR)的治療效果。方法選擇40例(42眼)慢性淚囊炎患者行EE-DCR聯(lián)合淚道置管,明膠海綿片局部覆蓋淚囊鼻腔吻合瓣,表面注射40 mg/ml曲安奈德浸潤術(shù)腔。1周后鼻腔清理,1個(gè)月后取出淚道置管。結(jié)果分別于術(shù)后1個(gè)月、6個(gè)月和1年行鼻內(nèi)鏡檢查及淚道沖洗。術(shù)后1個(gè)月治療好轉(zhuǎn)率為100%,術(shù)后6個(gè)月為95.2%;術(shù)后1年為92.9%。所有患者未發(fā)生眶內(nèi)損傷、鼻腔出血等術(shù)后并發(fā)癥。結(jié)論 EE-DCR中應(yīng)用曲安奈德聯(lián)合淚道置管治療可有效提高手術(shù)成功率,是一種有效、微創(chuàng)、安全的手術(shù)方法。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the efficacy of triamcinolone acetonide combined with lacrimal duct placement in endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy (EE-DCRs). Methods 40 cases (42 eyes) of chronic dacryocystitis were treated with EE-DCR combined with lacrimal duct tube. The dacryocystorhinostomy flap was partially covered by gelatin sponge film. The nasal cavity was cleaned after injection of 40 mg/ml triamcinolone acetonide for 1 week and the lacrimal duct was removed after 1 month. Results nasal endoscopy and lacrimal passage irrigation were performed 1 month, 6 months and 1 year postoperatively. The improvement rate was 100% in one month, 95.2 in 6 months after operation, and 92.9 in one year after operation. No intraorbital injury, nasal hemorrhage and other postoperative complications occurred in all patients. Conclusion Triamcinolone acetonide combined with lacrimal duct placement in EE-DCR is an effective, minimally invasive and safe method to improve the successful rate of operation.
