成人共同性外斜視腦功能連接網(wǎng)絡(luò)的靜息狀態(tài)功能磁共振成像研究

【摘要】:目的:應(yīng)用3.0T功能性磁共振成像(functional magnetic resonance imaging,fMRI,)探究成人共同性外斜視(comitant exotropia strabismus,CES)患者靜息態(tài)大腦功能網(wǎng)絡(luò)活動(dòng)的變化,并運(yùn)用基于體素的度中心度((Voxel-wise degree centrality,DC)方法分析探討大腦活動(dòng)變化。方法:對(duì)CES組30例(17男13女)和與其年齡、性別及教育程度相匹配的健康對(duì)照組(HCs)(17男13女)分別進(jìn)行fMRI掃描。運(yùn)用DC方法來評(píng)估自發(fā)的大腦活動(dòng)功能網(wǎng)絡(luò)變化。運(yùn)用受試者工作特征曲線(ROC曲線)來分析CESs患者與HCs的DC信號(hào)值的區(qū)別,從而探討共同性外斜視患者大腦網(wǎng)絡(luò)活動(dòng)的變化。結(jié)果:相比于健康對(duì)照組,CES患者DC值降低區(qū)域包括右小腦后葉,右額下回,右側(cè)額中回和右頂上小葉/初級(jí)軀體感覺皮質(zhì)(S1);DC值增加區(qū)域?yàn)橛绎D上回,雙側(cè)前扣帶回和左頂下小葉。結(jié)論:成人外斜視患者伴隨著多處大腦功能網(wǎng)絡(luò)異常,這些異常揭示了共同性外斜視可能是一種涉及中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)異常的疾病。
[Abstract]:Aim: to investigate the changes of resting brain functional network activity in adult comitant exotropia strabismus (CESs) patients with concomitant exotropia by using 3.0T functional magnetic resonance imaging.Voxel-wise degree centrality DCA (Voxel-wise degree centrality) method based on voxel was used to analyze the changes of brain function network in adult patients with concomitant exotropia.Methods: fMRI scans were performed in 30 CES patients (17 males and 13 females) and 17 healthy controls matched with their age, sex and educational level.DC method was used to evaluate the changes of spontaneous brain function network.The difference of DC signal between CESs patients and HCs patients was analyzed by using the operating characteristic curve (ROC curve), and the changes of brain network activity in concomitant exotropia patients were discussed.Results: compared with the healthy control group, the decreased DC value in CES patients included right posterior cerebellar lobe, right inferior frontal gyrus, right middle frontal gyrus and right superior parietal lobe / primary somatosensory cortex.Bilateral anterior cingulate gyrus and left inferior parietal lobules.Conclusion: adult exotropia patients are accompanied by multiple brain functional network abnormalities which suggest that concomitant exotropia may be a disease involving central nervous system abnormalities.
