【摘要】：目的了解鄭州市初中生人群鼻中隔偏曲的發(fā)生率以及慢性鼻-鼻竇炎的患病情況,并研究二者的相關(guān)性。方法隨機(jī)抽取鄭州市多中學(xué)共2020名初中生,采取慢性鼻-鼻竇炎調(diào)查問(wèn)卷表、漢化版SNOT-22量表、視覺模擬量表以及專科體檢的形式來(lái)完成此次調(diào)查,根據(jù)量表統(tǒng)計(jì)結(jié)果及�？茩z查的癥狀體征,調(diào)查初中生群體慢性鼻-鼻竇炎和鼻中隔偏曲的患病情況,并用統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)的方法來(lái)分析鼻中隔偏曲與慢性鼻-鼻竇炎發(fā)病的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果(1)鄭州市初中生鼻中隔偏曲發(fā)生率為31.93%(645/2020),慢性鼻-鼻竇炎的患病率為6.73%(136/2020);(2)在鼻中隔偏曲者中,男生的發(fā)生率為35.55%(347/976),女生發(fā)生率為28.12%(266/946),未標(biāo)注性別者為32.65%(32/98),男女鼻中隔偏曲發(fā)生率差異有顯著統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(x2=12.22,P0.01);(3)在慢性鼻-鼻竇炎患者中,男生患病率為8.30%(81/976),女生患病率為5.07%(48/946),未標(biāo)注性別者為7.14%(7/98),男女患病率差異有顯著統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(x2=7.98,P0.01);(4)患病群體鼻中隔偏曲的發(fā)生率為40.43%(55/136),非患病群體發(fā)生率為31.32%(590/1884),經(jīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析二者有明顯統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(x2=4.86,P0.05);(5)患病群體輕中度鼻中隔偏曲的發(fā)生率為26.47%(36/136),非患病群體中輕中度鼻中隔偏曲的發(fā)生率為23.19%(437/1884),經(jīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析二者無(wú)顯著統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(x2=0.76,P0.05);(6)患病群體重度鼻中隔偏曲的發(fā)生率為13.97%(19/136),非患病群體重度鼻中隔偏曲的發(fā)生率分別為8.12%(153/1884);經(jīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析二者有顯著統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(x2=7.00,P0.01)。結(jié)論所調(diào)查人群鼻中隔偏曲的發(fā)生率、慢性鼻-鼻竇炎的患病率均較高,且本年齡段男性的鼻中隔偏曲的發(fā)生率、慢性鼻-鼻竇炎的患病率均高于女性;在該人群中鼻中隔偏曲與慢性鼻-鼻竇炎發(fā)病具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)上的相關(guān)性,尤其是重度鼻中隔偏曲與慢性鼻-鼻竇炎的發(fā)病有著顯著的相關(guān)性。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the incidence of nasal septum deviation and the prevalence of chronic rhinosinusitis among junior middle school students in Zhengzhou, and to study the correlation between them.Methods A total of 2020 junior high school students from many middle schools in Zhengzhou were randomly selected to complete the investigation in the form of chronic rhinosinusitis questionnaire, Chinese version SNOT-22 scale, visual analogue scale and specialized physical examination.According to the statistical results of the scale and the symptoms and signs of the special examination, we investigated the prevalence of chronic rhinosinusitis and nasal septum deviation in junior high school students, and analyzed the correlation between nasal septal deviation and chronic rhinosinusitis by statistical method.Results 1) the incidence of nasal septum deviation in junior middle school students in Zhengzhou was 31.933,645 / 2020%, and the prevalence of chronic rhinosinusitis was 6.730.136rhinosinusitis.The incidence rate of male students was 35.5575 / 976g, the incidence rate of female students was 28.122.26 / 946g / 946%, and the rate of unlabeled sex was 32.65 / 32 / 980.There was a significant difference in the incidence of nasal septum deviation between male and female patients with chronic rhinosinusitis (P 0.01p 0.01p 0.01), in patients with chronic rhinosinusitis, there was a significant difference in the incidence of nasal septum deviation between male and female patients with chronic rhinosinusitis.The prevalence rate for boys was 8.30 / 91 / 976, for girls 5.07 / 946 and for those without sex 7.14 / 7 / 98. The difference between male and female was statistically significant. The incidence of nasal septum deviation was 40.4355 / 136m, and the incidence of non-disease group was 31.32 / 590 / 1884.The incidence of mild to moderate deviation of nasal septum was 26.47 / 36 / 136, and the incidence of mild to moderate deviation of nasal septum was 23.19 / 437 / 1884 / 1884. There was no significant difference between the two groups by statistical analysis.The incidence of nasal septum deviation was 13.97 / 136g, and the incidence of severe nasal septum deviation was 8.12 / 1583 / 1884, respectively, and there was a significant statistical difference between the two groups by statistical analysis.Conclusion the incidence of nasal septum deviation and the prevalence of chronic rhinosinusitis were higher in the investigated population, and the incidence of nasal septum deviation and chronic rhinosinusitis in men of this age group were higher than those in women.There was a statistical correlation between nasal septum deviation and chronic rhinosinusitis, especially between severe nasal septum deviation and chronic rhinosinusitis.
