可接受噪聲級測試在單、雙耳佩戴助聽器效果評估中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:目的通過比較雙側(cè)中重度聽力損失患者在單、雙耳助聽下的可接受噪聲級(acceptable noise level,ANL),探討ANL對助聽器驗(yàn)配及預(yù)測助聽效果的作用。方法選取15例雙側(cè)中重度聽力損失患者,分別測得雙耳未助聽、左耳助聽、右耳助聽和雙耳助聽狀態(tài)下的最舒適響度級(most comfortable levels,MCL)、最大背景噪聲級(background noise level,BNL),并計(jì)算得到ANL值(ANL=MCL-BNL),對結(jié)果進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果 15例受試者雙耳未助聽、左耳助聽、右耳助聽及雙耳助聽四種狀態(tài)下測得的ANL值分別為18.87±5.26、12.60±2.47、12.00±2.90、5.13±1.25dB S/N;MCL值分別為80.40±9.28、63.73±5.15、62.27±5.36、61.80±6.05dB HL;BNL值分別為61.67±6.14、51.13±3.94、50.27±4.50、56.67±5.16dB HL;左耳助聽與右耳助聽下的ANL值差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);單、雙耳助聽下與未助聽的ANL值差異均具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);雙耳助聽狀態(tài)下ANL值顯著低于單耳助聽(P0.05)。結(jié)論 ANL值較低耳更利于助聽器驗(yàn)配,佩戴助聽器能有效提高聽障患者對噪聲的接受能力,并且雙耳佩戴助聽器的效果明顯優(yōu)于單耳。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of ANL on hearing aids in patients with moderate and severe hearing loss by comparing the acceptable noise level of noise level and ANLL in patients with moderate and severe hearing loss under unilateral and biaural hearing aids.Methods Fifteen patients with bilateral moderate and severe hearing loss were selected and measured.Under the condition of right ear hearing aid and binaural hearing aid, most comfortable level mCLs of the most comfortable loudness level and the background noise level of the maximum background noise level were obtained. The ANL values were calculated and the results were analyzed statistically.Results 15 subjects had no hearing aid in both ears and left ear.The ANL values of right ear hearing aid and binaural hearing aid were 18.87 鹵5.2612.60 鹵2.4712.00 鹵2.90 鹵5.13 鹵1.25dB S / NL, respectively 80.40 鹵9.28o63.73 鹵5.1552.27 鹵5.362.27 鹵5.361.80 鹵6.05dB HLBNL were 61.67 鹵6.1451.13 鹵3.940.27 鹵4.50,56.67 鹵5.16dB, respectively, there was no significant difference between left ear hearing aid and right ear hearing aid in ANL value (P 0.05).There were significant differences in the ANL values between the two ears and the unassisted ones (P 0.05), and the ANL value in the binaural hearing aids was significantly lower than that in the monaural hearing aids (P 0.05).Conclusion the ANL value is more favorable for hearing aid matching, and hearing aid can effectively improve the ability of hearing impaired patients to accept noise, and the effect of binaural hearing aid is obviously better than that of single ear.
