【摘要】：羊膜屬于人胎盤中最內(nèi)層的膜,早先用于產(chǎn)前診斷,也有用于皮膚移植、皮膚燒傷及潰瘍的治療,可使受損表層皮膚上皮化的速度明顯增加。后又用于人工再造陰道、硬腦膜缺損修補(bǔ)、腸皮膚瘺等,均已獲得顯著療效。自從發(fā)現(xiàn)在損傷的兔角膜上行羊膜移植可使40%的角膜透明性及上皮表型恢復(fù)后,羊膜在眼科領(lǐng)域的地位日益顯著。隨著羊膜的生物學(xué)特性和組織學(xué)特性被層層揭開,這種"神奇的膜"在眼科領(lǐng)域已被廣泛應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Amniotic membrane is the innermost membrane in human placenta, which was used for prenatal diagnosis, skin transplantation, skin burn and ulcer treatment, which can obviously increase the rate of epithelialization of the damaged surface skin.It has been used to reconstruct vagina, repair of dural defect and intestinal skin fistula.Amniotic membrane has played an increasingly important role in ophthalmology since it was found that 40% of corneal transparency and epithelial phenotype could be recovered by amniotic membrane transplantation in injured rabbit cornea.As the biological and histological characteristics of amniotic membrane have been revealed, this kind of "magical membrane" has been widely used in ophthalmology.
