【摘要】：目的比較分析不同治療方案治療良性陣發(fā)性位置性眩暈的療效。方法回顧性分析189例BPPV患者,根據(jù)治療方案分成4組。組1(56例)為手法復(fù)位加甲磺酸倍他司汀口服,組2(55例)為手法復(fù)位加銀杏葉提取物靜脈滴注,組3(40例)為SRM-IV前庭功能治療系統(tǒng)復(fù)位加甲磺酸倍他司汀口服,組4(38例)為SRM-IV前庭功能治療系統(tǒng)復(fù)位加銀杏葉提取物靜脈滴注。比較分析各組的治愈時(shí)間及治療效果。結(jié)果治愈時(shí)間組間差異有顯著性統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),組2治療時(shí)間最短(6.58±2.05天);治療效果組間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),組2痊愈率最高,組2及組4有效率優(yōu)于其他2組。結(jié)論結(jié)果分析顯示,手法復(fù)位或機(jī)械復(fù)位基礎(chǔ)上輔以藥物治療BPPV,都可以獲得較好療效。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare and analyze the therapeutic effects of different treatment schemes on benign paroxysmal positional vertigo.Methods 189 patients with BPPV were retrospectively analyzed and divided into 4 groups according to the treatment plan.Group 1 (n = 56) were treated with manual reduction plus betastatin mesylate, group 2 (n = 55) with intravenous infusion of ginkgo biloba extract (n = 55) and group B (n = 340) with SRM-IV vestibular function therapy system and betastatin mesylate orally.Group A (n = 38) was treated with SRM-IV vestibular function therapy system reduction and intravenous infusion of Ginkgo biloba extract.The cure time and therapeutic effect of each group were compared and analyzed.Results there was significant difference in the cure time between the two groups (P 0.05), and the shortest treatment time in group 2 was 6.58 鹵2.05 days, and the difference in therapeutic effect was significant (P 0.05). The recovery rate of group 2 was the highest, and the effective rate of group 2 and group 4 was better than that of other two groups.Conclusion the results showed that both manual reduction and mechanical reduction combined with drug therapy for BPPVs were effective.
