【摘要】：目的:探討鼻部神經(jīng)鞘瘤的診治經(jīng)驗(yàn),以期對該疾病的診斷及治療提供指導(dǎo)。方法:對9例鼻部神經(jīng)鞘瘤患者的臨床表現(xiàn)、病理及免疫組織化學(xué)特征、手術(shù)及預(yù)后情況進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果:9例患者多因壓迫或占位癥狀就診,影像學(xué)檢查多無特異性。除1例多發(fā)性神經(jīng)鞘瘤患者拒絕治療外,余均采取手術(shù)治療,且術(shù)后極少復(fù)發(fā)。病理診斷以S-100蛋白表達(dá)強(qiáng)陽性為特點(diǎn)。結(jié)論:鼻部神經(jīng)鞘瘤的臨床表現(xiàn)無特異性;影像學(xué)對于手術(shù)范圍及腫瘤的良惡性有指導(dǎo)意義;確診依靠常規(guī)病理及免疫組織化學(xué);手術(shù)是唯一有效的治療方法,手術(shù)的選擇主要取決于病灶部位,預(yù)后佳。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the experience of diagnosis and treatment of nasal neurilemmoma and to provide guidance for the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.Methods: the clinical manifestations, pathological and immunohistochemical features, operation and prognosis of 9 patients with nasal neurilemmoma were analyzed.Results 9 cases were treated with compression or space occupying symptoms, and the imaging examination was not specific.With the exception of one patient with polyneurinoma who refused treatment, all patients received surgical treatment and rarely recurred after operation.The pathological diagnosis was characterized by strong positive expression of S-100 protein.Conclusion: the clinical manifestations of nasal neurilemmoma are not specific, the imaging is of guiding significance for the range of operation and the benign and malignant tumor, the diagnosis depends on routine pathology and immunohistochemistry, and surgery is the only effective treatment.The choice of operation mainly depends on the location of the lesion and the prognosis is good.
