AL-scan與A超測(cè)量眼球生物參數(shù)及人工晶狀體度數(shù)的對(duì)比研究

【摘要】:目的對(duì)比AL-scan和A超測(cè)量眼球生物參數(shù)及人工晶狀體度數(shù)的差異,評(píng)價(jià)AL-scan的臨床應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法臨床病例檢測(cè)方法對(duì)照研究。應(yīng)用AL-scan和A超對(duì)擬行白內(nèi)障手術(shù)的患者75例(110只眼)進(jìn)行眼軸長(zhǎng)度(axial length,AL)、前房深度(anterior chamber depth,ACD)及角膜平均曲率(keratometry,K)的測(cè)量,根據(jù)AL分為三組,A組:22 mm≤AL24.5 mm 46例(66只眼),B組:24.5 mm≤AL26 mm 14例(21只眼),C組:AL≥26mm 15例(23只眼),應(yīng)用SRK-T公式計(jì)算人工晶狀體(IOL)度數(shù),術(shù)后隨訪3月,計(jì)算平均絕對(duì)誤差(The mean absolute error,MAE)。結(jié)果A超與AL-scan測(cè)量AL、ACD在A組及C組中差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),在B組無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);測(cè)量K值在三組中無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。AL-scan在三組中測(cè)算MAE分別為(0.32±0.22)、(0.48±0.55)、(0.56±0.46)D,A超分別為(0.34±0.23)、(0.15±0.09)、(0.50±0.38)D,二者之間差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),測(cè)量值之間均具有良好相關(guān)性。結(jié)論在三組中AL-scan測(cè)量所得AL、ACD值均比A超測(cè)量值大,在測(cè)量IOL度數(shù)方面與A超無(wú)差別,可應(yīng)用于術(shù)前IOL的測(cè)算。
