【摘要】：目的探討穴位注射鼠神經(jīng)生長(zhǎng)因子對(duì)高頻下降型突發(fā)性聾的療效。方法選取81例資料完整的高頻下降型突發(fā)性聾患者,隨機(jī)分為治療組和對(duì)照組,對(duì)照組40例,給予激素、改善微循環(huán)等常規(guī)藥物治療14天;治療組41例,在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上于聽宮、聽會(huì)、耳門、翳風(fēng)四個(gè)穴位給予穴位注射鼠神經(jīng)生長(zhǎng)因子1ml,每日1次,連用14天,比較兩組患者的療效。結(jié)果治療組及對(duì)照組聽力總有效率分別為73.17%(30/41)和55%(22/40);耳鳴總有效率分別為94.87%(37/39)和83.87%(26/31);治療組氣導(dǎo)平均聽力提高23.20±10.74dB,對(duì)照組提高15.45±9.03dB,治療組均優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論穴位注射鼠生長(zhǎng)因子輔助治療高頻下降型突發(fā)性聾較常規(guī)治療方法療效更好。
