【摘要】：目的 比較白內(nèi)障超聲乳化吸除聯(lián)合人工晶狀體植入術(shù)兩種手術(shù)切口方式對角膜散光的影響。 方法 將62例(76只眼)老年性白內(nèi)障患者隨機(jī)分為A、B兩組,行白內(nèi)障透明角膜切口超聲乳化吸除及人工晶狀體植入術(shù),其中A組患者術(shù)中均在顳上方(右眼)、鼻上方(左眼)行3mm透明角膜切口,B組患者根據(jù)術(shù)前角膜曲率計(jì)檢查選擇角膜屈光力最大子午線方向行3mm透明角膜切口,觀察比較術(shù)后角膜散光及視力情況。 結(jié)果 統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析顯示,兩組患者術(shù)后裸眼視力與術(shù)前相比較差異顯著；A組中術(shù)前角膜散光與術(shù)后3天、1月、3月時無明顯變化,B組中術(shù)前角膜散光度1.0D的患者術(shù)后3d、1月、3月角膜散光與術(shù)前比較差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,但B組中術(shù)前角膜散光度≥1.0D的患者術(shù)后3d、1月、3月角膜散光與術(shù)前比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。 結(jié)論 對術(shù)前角膜散光1.0D者,白內(nèi)障超聲乳化術(shù)中行3mm透明角膜切口,對其不產(chǎn)生影響；但對于術(shù)前角膜散光度數(shù)≥1.0D的患者,術(shù)中在角膜屈光率最大子午線方向行3mm透明角膜切口可減少部分角膜散光,且有望能使患者獲得更好的裸眼視力。
[Abstract]:PurposeTo compare the effect of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation on corneal astigmatism.Method62 cases (76 eyes) of senile cataract were randomly divided into two groups: group A and group B: phacoemulsification with transparent corneal incision and intraocular lens implantation.In group A, 3mm transparent corneal incision was performed at the superior temporal (right eye) and the upper nasal (left eye). According to the preoperative keratometer examination, the 3mm transparent corneal incision was performed in the direction of the largest meridian of corneal refractive power.Corneal astigmatism and visual acuity were observed and compared.ResultStatistical analysis shows thatThere was no statistical difference between the two groups.But in group B, corneal astigmatism with preoperative astigmatism 鈮，
