【摘要】：目的 比較白內障超聲乳化吸除聯(lián)合人工晶狀體植入術兩種手術切口方式對角膜散光的影響。 方法 將62例(76只眼)老年性白內障患者隨機分為A、B兩組,行白內障透明角膜切口超聲乳化吸除及人工晶狀體植入術,其中A組患者術中均在顳上方(右眼)、鼻上方(左眼)行3mm透明角膜切口,B組患者根據(jù)術前角膜曲率計檢查選擇角膜屈光力最大子午線方向行3mm透明角膜切口,觀察比較術后角膜散光及視力情況。 結果 統(tǒng)計學分析顯示,兩組患者術后裸眼視力與術前相比較差異顯著；A組中術前角膜散光與術后3天、1月、3月時無明顯變化,B組中術前角膜散光度1.0D的患者術后3d、1月、3月角膜散光與術前比較差異無統(tǒng)計學意義,但B組中術前角膜散光度≥1.0D的患者術后3d、1月、3月角膜散光與術前比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義。 結論 對術前角膜散光1.0D者,白內障超聲乳化術中行3mm透明角膜切口,對其不產(chǎn)生影響；但對于術前角膜散光度數(shù)≥1.0D的患者,術中在角膜屈光率最大子午線方向行3mm透明角膜切口可減少部分角膜散光,且有望能使患者獲得更好的裸眼視力。
[Abstract]:PurposeTo compare the effect of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation on corneal astigmatism.Method62 cases (76 eyes) of senile cataract were randomly divided into two groups: group A and group B: phacoemulsification with transparent corneal incision and intraocular lens implantation.In group A, 3mm transparent corneal incision was performed at the superior temporal (right eye) and the upper nasal (left eye). According to the preoperative keratometer examination, the 3mm transparent corneal incision was performed in the direction of the largest meridian of corneal refractive power.Corneal astigmatism and visual acuity were observed and compared.ResultStatistical analysis shows thatThere was no statistical difference between the two groups.But in group B, corneal astigmatism with preoperative astigmatism 鈮，
