【摘要】：正下咽癌是頭頸部較為常見的腫瘤之一,占頭頸部惡性腫瘤的0.8%~1.5%,近年來(lái)發(fā)病率逐漸上升且呈年輕化趨勢(shì)。因其解剖結(jié)構(gòu)的特殊性,早期臨床癥狀不典型,一般難以引起患者重視,當(dāng)出現(xiàn)顯著臨床癥狀而入院治療時(shí)已經(jīng)處于中晚期~([1]),且多伴有淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移,易誤診,預(yù)后較差。根據(jù)腫瘤發(fā)生部位的不同,下咽癌可分為梨狀窩癌、下咽
[Abstract]:Hypopharyngeal carcinoma is one of the most common tumors in head and neck, accounting for 0.8% of malignant tumors of head and neck. In recent years, the incidence of hypopharynx cancer is rising gradually and showing a tendency of rejuvenation. Because of the particularity of anatomical structure, the early clinical symptoms are not typical. Generally, it is difficult to arouse the attention of patients. When there are obvious clinical symptoms and admission to hospital, they are already in the middle and late stage ([1]), and most of them are accompanied by lymph node metastasis, which are easy to be misdiagnosed and have poor prognosis.
