【摘要】：目的分析3D-SPACE序列掃描耳聾患兒內(nèi)聽道病變早期檢測效果。方法選取2014年6月-2015年5月在河南省開封市兒童醫(yī)院進行治療的60例可疑內(nèi)耳疾病患兒,使用3D-SPACE序列掃描患兒內(nèi)聽道病變進行情況分析。結(jié)果該研究中60例患兒共有120耳,其中51例雙側(cè)無陽性表現(xiàn),剩余9例患兒雙側(cè)均呈現(xiàn)出陽性,其中3例患兒2耳耳蝸出現(xiàn)半規(guī)管發(fā)育不良,3例患兒屬于一側(cè)水平半規(guī)管發(fā)育不良,3例患兒屬于單側(cè)大前庭導(dǎo)水管擴張并且伴有擴大的內(nèi)淋巴囊。通過對SD-SPACE序列原始圖像的多平面重組(MPR)或最大信號強度投影(MIP)重建后,可清晰地觀察到聽神經(jīng)、面神經(jīng)、內(nèi)耳膜迷路的細(xì)微解剖結(jié)構(gòu)。結(jié)論在耳聾患兒內(nèi)聽道病變早期檢測中使用3D-SPACE序列掃描能提供科學(xué)、直觀的影像診斷,臨床使用價值較高。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the effect of early detection of internal auditory lesions in children with deafness by 3D-SPACE sequence scanning. Methods 60 children with suspected internal ear diseases were selected from June 2014 to May 2015 in Kaifeng Children's Hospital of Henan Province. Results in this study, there were 120 ears in 60 children, 51 of them had no positive results on both sides, the remaining 9 cases showed positive on both sides. Of them, 3 cases had cochlear dysplasia in 2 ears and 3 cases belonged to unilateral horizontal semicircular canal dysplasia. 3 cases belonged to unilateral large vestibular aqueduct dilatation with enlarged endolymphatic sac. SD-SPACE sequence was used to analyze the endolymphatic sac. After the original image is reconstructed by MPRs or the maximum signal intensity projection (MIP), The fine anatomical structure of auditory nerve, facial nerve and inner ear membrane labyrinth can be clearly observed. Conclusion 3D-SPACE sequence scanning can provide scientific and visual imaging diagnosis in early detection of internal auditory canal lesions in children with deafness, and is of high clinical value.
