【摘要】：目的探討多種臨床檢測方法在梅尼埃病診斷中的應(yīng)用價(jià)值方法回顧性分析2012年1月至2015年12月確診為梅尼埃病的77例患者的病歷資料,分析梅尼埃病患者的聽力學(xué)檢查以及磁共振水成像檢查結(jié)果。結(jié)果共69例純音測聽結(jié)果異常(異常率92.3%);接受前庭誘發(fā)肌源性電位檢測者65例,異常37例,異常率56.9%;接受耳蝸電圖檢測者22例,結(jié)果異常者15例(異常率68.2%);接受冷熱氣試驗(yàn)者71例,兩側(cè)對(duì)稱比異常者47例,雙側(cè)低下者2例,異常率69.0%;接受甘油試驗(yàn)者12例,試驗(yàn)陽性者3例,異常率25.0%;接受磁共振造影者76例,迷路積水者70例,異常率92.1%。結(jié)論純音測聽和磁共振造影在梅尼埃病患者中陽性率高,冷熱氣試驗(yàn)及耳蝸電圖假陽性率次之,可作為梅尼埃病觀察的參考指標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the value of multiple clinical methods in the diagnosis of Meniere's disease. Methods the medical records of 77 patients with Meniere's disease from January 2012 to December 2015 were analyzed retrospectively. The results of audiological examination and magnetic resonance hydrography in patients with Meniere's disease were analyzed. Results 69 cases of pure tone audiometry were abnormal (abnormal rate 92.3%), 65 cases received vestibular evoked myogenic potential test, 37 cases were abnormal. The abnormal rate was 56.9%; 22 cases were examined by electrocochocardiography, 15 cases were abnormal (abnormal rate 68.2%), 71 cases received cold and hot air test, 47 cases received bilateral symmetry ratio abnormality, 2 cases received bilateral hypothermia, 12 cases received glycerol test, 12 cases received glycerol test, The abnormal rate was 25.0%, 76 cases received magnetic resonance imaging, 70 cases had hydrolabyrinth, and the abnormal rate was 92.1.Conclusion the positive rate of pure tone audiometry and magnetic resonance imaging in patients with Meniere's disease is higher than that in cold hot air test and cochlear electrogram. It can be used as a reference index for observation of Meniere's disease.
