【摘要】：Coats病又稱(chēng)為外層滲出性視網(wǎng)膜病變,它是一種以視網(wǎng)膜毛細(xì)血管和微血管異常擴(kuò)張為特征,并常伴有視網(wǎng)膜內(nèi)或視網(wǎng)膜下脂質(zhì)滲出及滲出性視網(wǎng)膜脫離的疾病,晚期可并發(fā)新生血管性青光眼甚至眼球萎縮。Coats病在臨床表現(xiàn)與形態(tài)學(xué)上具有顯著的多樣性,近一個(gè)世紀(jì)以來(lái),隨著對(duì)該病認(rèn)識(shí)地不斷深入,國(guó)內(nèi)外玻璃體視網(wǎng)膜專(zhuān)家對(duì)Coats病的診斷與治療也產(chǎn)生了新的看法,本文將著重對(duì)Coats病的診斷與治療進(jìn)展作一綜述。
[Abstract]:Coats's disease, also known as outer exudative retinopathy, is characterized by abnormal dilatation of retinal capillaries and microvessels, often accompanied by lipid exudation and exudative retinal detachment within or under the retina. The clinical manifestations and morphology of advanced neovascular glaucoma and even ocular atrophy. Coats disease have a significant diversity. In the past century, the understanding of the disease has been deepening. Vitreoretinal experts at home and abroad also have a new view on the diagnosis and treatment of Coats disease. This article will focus on the diagnosis and treatment of Coats disease.
