阻塞性睡眠呼吸暫停低通氣綜合征患者上氣道CT測量及臨床意義

【摘要】:目的采用多層螺旋CT行上氣道動態(tài)掃描,結合多平面后處理技術測量觀察阻塞性睡眠呼吸暫停低通氣綜合征患者上氣道測量,判斷阻塞平面,探討其臨床應用價值。材料與方法選取經(jīng)過PSG確診的重度OSAHS患者15例和均無睡眠疾病方面主訴的正常對照組10例。對15例重度OSAHS患者及10名正常對照分別在平靜呼吸和閉口堵鼻(Muller)吸氣狀態(tài)下進行上氣道CT掃描,測量各咽部截面積,進行比較,判斷阻塞平面。結果CT掃描顯示重度OSAHS患者上氣道截面積明顯小于對照組,腭咽部和舌咽部截面積減小程度顯著。結論應用螺旋CT對重度阻塞OSAHS患者行上氣道動態(tài)掃描并進行截面積測量可有效判斷其上氣道阻塞情況,并對臨床治療方案選擇提供幫助。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the upper airway of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAS) patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAS) by using multislice spiral CT scanning and multiplanar postprocessing technique. Materials and methods 15 cases of severe OSAHS diagnosed by PSG and 10 cases of normal control without sleep disease were selected. 15 cases of severe OSAHS and 10 cases of normal control were calm. The upper airway was scanned by CT under the inspiratory condition of respiratory and closed nasal closure (Muller). Results CT scan showed that the cross sectional area of upper airway in patients with severe OSAHS was significantly smaller than that in the control group. Conclusion the dynamic scanning of upper airway and the measurement of sectional area of upper airway in patients with severe OSAHS can be used to determine the occlusion of upper airway effectively and to provide help for the selection of clinical treatment scheme.
